Its a QB-driven league. If JAX has the first pick, I would bet they take a QB. They are in as bad a spot as Cleveland. BUT, there are 3-5 (as of right now) decent QBs in this draft.

Tegis, you're kiling me. lol But I can see that happening. Manziel has some ability but he is kind of an a-hole. But there is also Taj Boyd from Clemson. Hopefully JAX takes Manziel and makes the decision for them.

The Browns VP was at the Texas AnM v. Alabama game over the weekend. Players are a commodity, some valuable some not. As a season ticket holder to any professional sports team, I think it would be pretty naive to think all of the players will be there all season long, especially on a traditionally bad team. Trades happen.

They dont have a franchise QB on the roster and they wanted to make sure they will be picking one of them next year. Did anyone really think they were going to win more than 6 or 7 games this year anyways? Richardson never played like the #3 pick in the draft. People talk like they traded Emmitt Smith.

They will have 2 first round picks, 7 in the first 4 rounds. Obviously, they werent going anywhere this year

He was letting EVERYBODY in. Trent Richardson? His first 3 carries looked great...and then he started running sideways and not hitting the holes when they DID appear. Gotta do better. Browns need help on O-line and defensive backfield...otherwise....can you say "Bridgewater"?

Brandon Weeden has looked pretty darn good so far. Amazing what having a COMPETENT coach and staff can do. I cant believe Dion Lewis (RB) broke his leg. I was really looking for big things from him this year as a change-up back to Richardson. Dude was FAST! AND they're down 2 guards also. *sigh* Defense has yet to allow a TD. GO BROWNS!

Cleveland Browns sign QB Brian Hoyer to a 2 year deal. The 27 year old Hoyer, a native of Avon Lake, Ohio, was a high school star at Cleveland St. Ignatius and played college football at Michigan State University. He was originally drafted by the New England Patriots where he backed up Tom Brady. He spent last year with the Cardinals. The Browns now have 4 QBs on the roster: Brandon Weeden, Josh Campbell, Brian Hoyer and Thaddeus Lewis.
