5-3-2 Gollini Chester Elphick Baker De Laet Amavi Tish Jedinek Westwood Ayew McCormack Replace Westwood with a decent midfielder (Ravel Morrison) and that would be a pretty decent team.

Those three would be a great start and then we could look to improve our attacking options!

I'm sure he has made championship team of the year previously so he'd be a great signing. People like Chester, Jedinak, Ledley etc. are what we need

Gollini ? Elphick ? Amavi Westwood ? ? Ayew McCormack ? Bench - Bunn, Baker, Tisbola, Grealish, Green, Traore, Gestede Squad, Steer, Hutton, Okore, Toner, Cissoko, Gardner, Lyden, Bacuna, Hepburn-Murphy Richards, Lescott, Veretout, Gabby, Kozak can go I'm not sure who to suggest as the defenders, but Jedinak or Ledley, Ravel and Bamford would really transform midfield/attack.

The most impressive thing so far has been the sheer volume of people we've been able to get off the books. Of all those gone, I'd say only Gana would have been a starter!

I've been thinking about which striker as our no.9 this season and I keep coming back to Bamford. Get-able, former Championship player of the year, 6 foot 1, quick, has scored lots of goals at this level and would link well I think with McCormack, Ayew, Grealish etc. I'd also like Ravel Morrison Ayew Morrison McCormack Bamford With Grealish, Green, Hepburn-Murphy, Traore, Bacuna and Gestede waiting in the wings.

The centre midfield signing is the key one - it needs to be a first on the team sheet, leader type to compliment our other leaders - Gollini, Elphick, and McCormack. Joey Barton would have been perfect. Barry or jedinek or perhaps bridcutt are the only ones that come to mind currently. I think then one of Tishbola, Westeood and Gardner would look better. Once that one is in we need a ST to replace Gestede in the first XI, a RB to replace Hutton, and a creative midfielder to replace Bacuna.

Add a RB, DM, AM and no.9 to what we have and I think we'll do well, a CB might be an idea too. To be fair I think this will be the positions that RDM is working on.

I'm happy with Gueye and Clark out with McCormack in. I'd be even happier with Sinclair out and Ravel Morrison in. I'd ideally like to keep Ayew, but to be honest there isn't one person from last seasons squad that I'm desperate to keep - they all need replacing during the next 3-5 transfer windows. Clark, Gueye and Ayew would all have made RDM's starting XI this season, however I am confident that for the money we will receive for them, we will be better off in the long run as we are recruiting captains and young talented players with the right attitude. Linked to Bridcutt today, he'd be a good signing of we're losing Gueye or Weatwood. If not Gueye, Westwood, Tishbola, Gardner and Lynden would be enough as the two in front of the defence.

So far so good in terms of incomings. Potentially a top class goal keeper and defensive midfielder as well as a proven centre back who will lead us. I'd be delighted if we got Gunter, lotus cheek and Bamford as the next three!

I'd ship out Gabby and Kozak and bring in Bamford and one other - maybe that guy from Bristol. I don't really want McCormack, not sure why.

I'd take Gunter, Chester and Robson Kanu. All available in my opinion!
