Thanks Bicks, I've been trying to use the rules of thirds a bit better, and think a bit more about composition, but it isn't easy. I have plenty of photos I wouldn't show!!! I would have liked to get down on the beech to take some more interesting shots of the wooden stumps and shore line, but I've got a dodgy ankle ATM, and didn't want to risk turning it again. Oh well thats the beauty of digital photography, there is always next time!!

You have to remember that we hear so many "certainties" concerning transfers, it is hardly surprising that they are met with a bit of scepticism, especially when sources for such rumours are not stated.

I think O'Connor hasn't been in the Scotland squad because Smith wouldn't pick players who played outside the British Isles, which basically is just him. Reason he isnt in the squad is because of this. Here

All I will say is patience is a virtue, some of the "comments" made against MON by some posters are quite frankly a disgrace, as were some of the comments made against DOL. The difference it seems to me is that DOL was at least given the opportunity to try and improve things, where as some are not willing to give MON the same courtesy.

MON's claims that he is working hard to bring in new recruits are questioned.

But you do agree it could be down to lack of intelligence or an agenda? I don't think it is down to either of those things. I don't see why people should imply it is, even if they think it. I would like him here, he's a good honest player, never hides in games, and always puts the effort in, so there is nothing wrong with his work ethic. Having said that the article sounds like a load of bollocks, so i doubt he is going anywhere.

Talking about circular polarisers, I bought one for my Fuji S9500, used it out in Cyprus with sky and water shots, but couldn't notice a difference when I turned it, through the LCD screen or the view finder. Now both are LCD , would this effect it? or is my camera adjusting automatically due to the polariser, ? Or did it actually work but I'm too thick to know? Answers on a postcard please........................... or you could post here to put me out of my misery!

Liverpool rarely sell great players on, I think you will find. You have to go back to Dean Saunders for the last time, I think. He is one of a long list of foreign players who have difficulty adapting to the English premiership, in fact if you look at Baros's domestic record for all his club sides it is hardly impressive.

For gods sake, he has one good period for three weeks in 4 years, and he is still living off it. ITSOTP thats what counts, and he doesnt cut it, simple as.

In your opinion. I was far from impressed. Eight goals in twenty four starts - two against SHA. No neither was I really Still a better football-player than both Harewood and Earnshaw. They're NOT a step forward. To say such things is just ridiculous and shows to me why you have to pay over the odds for british players. They're far too overrated in England. I think you are mistaken my Swedish friend, both Harewood and Earnshaw have better scoring records than Baros, who quite frankly struts round the pitch with a face like a smacked bottom. If you want overrated then Mr Baros is your man, a terrible purchase IMO.
