    Doesn't look too bad...

He's missed on average 14 games per year since 2017, even if you exclude his biggest injury, it's still roughly 10 games per season he misses.

The best data I could find was a study on the A-League which suggests the average games missed per season due to injury is somewhere between 2-5 matches, so I'd say he's pretty injury prone.

  3. I've never been sold on going back to the circle badge, it's been a shield my entire life and I actually quite like the current one (albeit a few quibbles like the border should be claret and the lion and background should contrast more), plus I've always been worried we'd end up with a City knock off badge as the trend has been for a lot of clubs recently, but have to say if we end up with something like these top two from twitter I'd be quite happy. Just need to drop the shadow effect from the Lions and they'd be perfect.

Although **** the actual rip off of Man City's third kit badge :puke:

Oh, here's a fact for the people who don't like Starmer

As much as I said the result isn't THAT great for Labour, it is the first by-election they've managed to win from an incumbent party since 2012. They literally hadn't taken a Tory seat at a by-election for a decade

So in a completely puerile way..

    Milliband 0

    Corbyn 0

    Starmer 1

Starmer's had more incumbent by-elections however, most under Miliband and Corbyn were Labour by-elections.

Milliband had 5/19 in 5 years, Corbyn 4/14 in 4 years and Starmer's had 6/9 in 2 years.

I feel it's easier to win from an incumbent when the incumbent's are dropping like flies.

As if we're to believe Toto Wolff over Christian Horner. It's the usual people will say what's best for their team and their drivers.

    You could believe the drivers

Kevin Magnussen suffered nerve pain in his arm and jaw as result of the porpoising effect on the Haas car.

With the introduction of new regulations for the 2022 season, one of the major unforeseen issues was the bouncing effect that is commonly known as porpoising.

Not only did it cause teams like Mercedes to lose serious amounts of speed, it also subjected the drivers to a punishing drive.

    Quote

Carlos Sainz says he can already feel the impact porpoising is having on his body after five races and worries about his long-term health.

Porpoising is a phenomenon that goes hand-in-hand with ground-effect aerodynamics, that design philosophy behind this year’s all-new cars.

Esteban Ocon says he thought he was going to lose his race helmet due to his rough, bumpy ride in Baku.

Several drivers in the field endured a difficult opening day of practice, with the Formula 1 cars bouncing severely throughout the lap.

A number of drivers commented on the issue after Friday practice, including Ocon, who stated he was aching in his neck.

Porpoising caused huge water leak on Schumacher’s car during practice
Mick Schumacher says the huge water leak which forced him to stop during the first practice session was triggered by his car ‘porpoising’ at high speed.

    ...

He suggested the Baku track, which is laid out on streets around the city, should be relaid before F1 returns next year.

“It’s the first time physically that I do feel an effect of [porpoising],” he said. “It’s quite harsh on the body and also on the car.

Gasly mentions it @4:32, Ricciardo mentions it @21:58

Other drivers have acknowledged it's an issue like Norris, Zhou and Leclerc, but also downplayed it's severity.

All the other drivers and his teammate - who continues to outperform him - are fine. It's down to the car set-up. He can have a different and slower set up I'm sure that is more stable.

    Well, not exactly

Spurs had a bid accepted for Spence, with Davis returning to Villa

They will easily go down with a low points tally

As long as they get 12 points Forest fans will be happy.

Sounds like the worst is a real possibility. Biggest club to ever go under?

This is what our future could have been if we didn't win the lottery.

I really don't get why Ashley seems to have been ignored despite this being the alternative.

Sure he won't pump loads of money in, but he'll keep them going. Although maybe he'll invest in the club if they don't demand he leaves a year after buying them

Is that legit? Doesn't really explain why his bros have the same thing going on.

I assumed it was a Jacob Jnr kind of thing.  Whereby he got the nickname from the family, possibly due to them having older relatives with the same name.

He mentioned it in a recent video with Sky Sports and I think Aaron has a middle name beginning with J which is why his nickname is AJ (although I've only ever seen that nickname mentioned on here).
