I bet Starmer is loving the idea of PR now

There's got to be some **** going on there though. Tory-leaning YouGov must be trying to put pressure on Truss, that can't be close to reality?
Edit - Putting the numbers into Electoral Calculus, that gives Labour a 496 seat majority and reduces the Tories to 1 seat hahahahahahaha
Edit 2 - sorry I used the old boundaries, they would get 2 seats

Ah, so that''s the poll they were hinting at, not the 20 points ahead at the upper end of the margin of error Redfield & Wilton poll.

So the answer to who will be the MCU's Wolverine is... the same guy again. At least for one film.

Has Grealish not got a bird. Wonder why he wasn’t called as a witness.
By the sounds of it he'd be a useless witness as one of the girls statements said he was passed out and one of the alleged rapes happened in Mendys friends car.

Going completely off topic but why is Grealish sleeping with a 23 year old a story when he's only 27 himself?
Because it came out during the Benjamin Mendy rape trial that it happened at one of his parties and the woman has accused Mendy's friend of raping her later that same night. The Grealish part was consensual supposedly and doesn't really seem relevant to the trial, but the papers lead with it anyway.

Still boggles my mind that Rayner had to apologise for calling this lot scum.

“the most important event the world will ever see”
Ok, it’s live telly so he may have misspoke and to be fair it’s not like speaking is something he has to be good at for his job.
What I love about this is that it so mental that even Victoria Newman next to him, the editor of the Sun, has a brief glance of "wtf?"

And as has been discussed so many times, without the royals living in the palaces, they could be more open to the public and potentially raise even more.
We wouldn't make much more, it's only 20x the amount of visitors that Versailles gets compared to Buckingham Palace. Just 4x all the Royal Estates combined...
That £500m per year to have them closed all the time is totally worth it.

Yes but enough about the royal family, what about the woman that went to visit the coffin 7 times?

You do know the internet isn’t something that gets delivered in a box right? You can just connect to it whenever you want through cables or even the air.
The modem does though
Also my service won't be activated until that date too, so don't think I could connect before then anyway.

Extra bank holidays though
I'm pretty sure I read before that whilst there will be days of national mourning, they won't be bank holidays.

Milly Alcock who plays Rhaenyra is by far the most convincing at the moment and is very much carrying the show. Ifan's role seems so familiar and not original or convincing, just like a theatre character baddy. Matt Smith playing Deamon is good, although I find his character lacking dialogue. Paddy Considine plays Viserys well but not the most convincing of Kings.
Maybe I've misread your intent with this bit, but I don't see how Paddy Considine/Viserys being an unconvincing king is a criticism? He's supposed to be weak, it's what his cuts from the Iron Throne are symbolising. The Throne was built by Aegon the Conqueror from the swords surrended by his enemies and is intended to be uncomfortable as "a king should never sit easy" (This version is far closer to the monstrosity described in the books than the GoT version) and it is said in the novels that being cut by the Throne is akin to the Throne rejecting the King, one early King, Maegor the Cruel, was even killed on/by the Throne with slashes down his arms and a blade protruding out under his chin from the back of his neck.
Quotethe CGI which is also pretty dreadful and more cartoony than GOT, to the Dragons which look elongated and weird
This is intentional. Caraxes, Daemon's dragon, is described as being red, huge and lean, and is also nicknamed "the Blood Wyrm". It's supposed to be this funky looking thing compared to the other dragons, which to me have looked fine in the show so far.

There is something sort of irritating that the bad guys are just randos with weapons far away from Kings Landing. Why even bother with them? There needs to be something more critical than these crab fellas. They clearly aren't the existential threat that the White Walkers were, or the Dothraki, for that matter.
Without giving away too much (I'll put it in a spoiler even though I'm not sure how much it spoils)
Spoilerthis story is building up over about a 10 ish year period (maybe a bit more) to something mentioned in the book series and in more detail in the Fire & Blood novel which is a history book about the Targaryans.
SpoilerIt's called the Dance of Dragons and it's a bloody succession war following the death of Viserys I, which essentially results in the eventual extinction of Dragons (as seen in the time period of GoT and the novels until Dany's are born) as Dragonriders fight each other, leaving few Dragons left. After this war only one more Dragon is born in Westeros but it is stunted, sickly and dies young.
If they do it justification (and with GRRM involved I'm sure they will) it will be a slow burner but with a big pay off.

Calum Chambers has over 100 appearances at RB in his career.
Edit - He's actually played there more often than CB...

You have a RB on the bench Steven, why the **** are you bringing on Young!?

We're looking good so far so I'm gonna throw out my hot take. For all his qualities, Ramsey is not suited to CM, especially the way we play. He's still young and I'm sure he will become a much better CM in time, but he needs to mature as a player to play there imo.
He doesn't have the positional discipline, consistency in passing ability or defensive abiliy to operate effectively in that role, the first two I think McGinn shares too, so when the two play in midfield we look far too open and without options in build up. We need someone like Luiz to play otherwise Kamara ends up far too isolated far too often.
I think he'd be much better suited to playing further up the pitch where he can utilise his dribbling and close control that he excels at, without risking too much defensively in the midfield. He's still only 21, I think he just needs a couple more seasons to mature as a player before consistently starting in the midfield.
Ramsey at LW, Stevie's been reading my posts!
Hopefully he read my one in the team shape thread on how what he's trying to do should look.

Frankly, signing a 3rd/4th choice CB with over 100 Premier League appearances and 40+ international caps on loan as short term cover for our star CB signing's 6-9 month injury is all the proof I need to tell me that everyone from manager level up is trying to burn down the club.

Would've been funnier if it was how they announced they were done for the evening and it was no signing.

Would be a solid midfield which could pass.
Shame it probably won't happen
Or Dendoncker with Kamara and Luiz ahead of him as Kamara can play 8 and has the skills to play there.

What's the representative for Wellingborough mean?
It's a word filter referring to Peter Bone MP who has particularly knobheady views, so you can probably guess what the four letter word it replaces is.
