There are periods in games where  diversity of style is helpful....UE is able to implement this, which makes us unpredictable.

Its hard for the players to take in, but he is educating them as well as training them.

I'm all for educated direct football, but the days of "just get it in the box" are long gone. It's no coincidence that English players look far more accomplished with the technical side of the game since we got away from the Charles Hughes school of football.
