My bank sent a text to check it was me making the attempted payment and I confirmed it was. The problem is, the money was taken (exact amount) which is really frustrating. Does anybody know if the amount will go back into the account? I know I will need to sort this tomorrow, just looking to see if others have ever had this. I bank with Santander.
