My current method is beef mince, pan seared both sides with the second searing a slice of cheese (emmental, cheddar, red Leicester etc) added on top of the burger. Brioche roll (very lightly toasted. Then homemade burger sauce if feeling energetic and can be bothered. Nice and simple. Lettuce and tomatoes don't belong on a burger. Sometimes some nice streaky bacon goes on top and it's fab. Sometimes I have a nice fried egg in there. But usually just the beef and cheese and some mayo and hot sauce.

Shostakovich's 10th symphony today. Second movement is stellar, fast-paced fury. Shame its not longer

Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent is good. Cage and Pascal work together really well

Great moment that you knew was coming where the camera is on the mook looking for Joel and then you just see Joel's hands appear either side of him with a knife in one hand. Classic video game silent takedown

Mahler's 3rd was the first Mahler symphony I heard live. In Birmingham, at Town Hall and with a choir. That finale is superb. I agree about the 5th Symphony thing. Not as many bad 5ths. Shostakovich's 5th and 7th are my two favourites of his

Mahler's 2nd is an absolutely glorious piece of music. I've seen all of his symphonies played live. 3rd is a beast apparently to play

I like to cycle through the Mahler symphonies at work when I'm in focus mode. Was back to 1 and 2 today

What was it 13 goals in a single world cup??? I don't think anyone will ever get that. Even Argentina being force-fed penalties in the last one got them nowhere

Ah right, so there's no place for Jimmy Anderson in test cricket. Haha, engage brain before posting
England's batting lineup can carry Jimmy Anderson. England can't carry Jimmy Anderson, Jack Leach and Stuart Broad.
If you want several more years of Leach out there then fair play to you, but I **** don't

He played well. Got 8 wickets and nearly saw Foakes through when the game looked lost. Not his job to light the place up with his batting.
Multiple times he could have got a single but he and Foakes let the pressure build by not just playing it normally. Then Foakes stupidly skies it so renders it moot. If bowlers can't hold a bat there's no place for them in the modern game. You need all 10 wickets otherwise you just get to watch some tit flounder about for ages somehow not getting out
-
**** pathetic. I don't want to see Leach in an England shirt again. Absolute **** coward with the bat

Leach turning down singles and then Foakes does that. **** typical England. Just take the runs. I beg that we can get some top bowlers who can actually bat competently. Having a 3 man useless tail is so frustrating.
-
Root and Stokes gone. Just before my target margin. You just **** knew it
-
Stokes clearly injured. One batsman behind these two left in Foakes who had a horrible first innings... then its the walking cheap wickets of Broad, Leach and Anderson. If any of them have to bat the game is all but over. Still 90 to get... need Root and Stokes to get to at least the 50-to-go mark, but I said that about Duckett and Pope and both of them tossed away their wickets for nothing
-
England committing an all-time collapse here. I said they hadn't made the most of a scintillating partnership on a good batting deck in the first innings and its come true. This is worse than the innings defeat to South Africa, they at least never got going in that game. This game was nearly unloseable.
-
250 for England is very gettable. But this side whilst aggressive and proactive has a nasty tendency to lose wickets in bunches. Crawley gone and Robinson never sticks around so he'll be gone early tomorrow.... Pope and Duckett need to get this chase to the 140-150 mark without falling and then hopefully the NZ bowlers will crumble.
-
New Zealand recovered well in the 2nd innings. Nearly level and with wickets in hand. Putting the pressure back on England

Awful from England outside Root today. Two players getting big hundreds snd we're spluttering towards 400

Stellar. Pedro Pascal is so so good. So is Bella Ramsey.
Assume the whole of season 2 will just be the 2nd game. Not that I like where it goes particularly
