We have to do 1 day a week, but it’s never been part of our contract and we do tell new people that they will have to go into an office (we have a few nationwide). They are looking to sell off some of our office space, but then there is also talk of increasing attendance again (2 days a week). I think there will be a lot of problems if they try to enforce that.

Rees-Zammitt leaving rugby for NFL. Such a shock, and at such a young age. Shows how bad Welsh rugby has become. The regional sport just couldn’t afford him.

Always liked him when he was with us but he’s been rather anonymous since then.He got 22 goals in a season, a couple of seasons ago

Supposedly Mainz are counter claiming against him to fund their replacement

Seems he’s done a lot of charity work whilst at Plymouth, good on him.

As touched on above, I’ve lost nearly 40 lbs since October, as well as gaining muscle. I’m now just a couple of lbs away from target weight. Then I go into a maintenance stage which will be interesting to see what it’s like as that’s normally my problem, once I’m off “diet” I put weight back on. Which I don’t want to do.

Anybody ever used a personal trainer and would you recommend it?
Not one in person, but I’m using one online. Basically following an initial call, they devised a nutrition plan for me, then send me 3 workouts a week (2 gym based and 1 from home). You have to log your food and progression, and do a weekly form to them. Then about once a month you have a call with your coach (who also texts regularly). It’s been brilliant for me, firstly I had clue what to do in a gym, but following these routines I’m really starting to get some definition. I’ve lost nearly 40lbs (having probably put in at least 10 in muscle). The most important for me was the accountability. I couldn’t face telling them how much I was overreating and not losing weight. So it’s been great. Nearly at my target weight now. Then they alter your programme to do a maintenance plan to stop you putting weight back on.
It wasn’t cheap but I would highly recommend them. Happy to give you details if needed.- 1

Is anyone watching series 2 of The Traitors on BBC/iPlayer?
I'm loving it, only dipped in and out of the first series, but it's great - last two eps have been superb.
Yep it’s great, although I don’t like Paul, loads suspect him and then never follow through

Well, it'll be 3 months tomorrow since I first got myself back in the gym and I've just weighed myself, I've only gone and lost a total of 42lbs ain't I.
I'm absolutely buzzing, can't believe I've dropped so much, 3st in 3 months.
I still say that for me the most beneficial thing about doing the low carbs shit is that it removes so many options.
Yesterday I was in the office and someone bought in donuts, crisps, chocolates and caked (no idea what the occasion was) but I didn't indulge in any of it, way back when I was watching my weight before I would have said to myself "go on, you were good yesterday, you can have a donut, and just go and snaffle a shit load of crisps and you can make up for it tomorrow" the fact that I can't even have a sneaky packet of hula hoops has been the main thing for me, I think, that and completely knocking the takeaways and lager on the head. The fact it is so restrictive is actually a major bonus for me.
Well done mate. Do you have a target of where you want to get to?
Also are you never going to allow yourself any treats? Or will you when you get to target?

If they can remain challenging without Salah then they could win the league. But city have less absentees

Barnes is 26 though so you can hardly call him young and he's barely managed 10 games. They’ve admitted they will have to sell a big name if they can’t make the CL again. That means one of Botman, Bruno, or Isak.
Have you not heard Paul Dummett is worth £150m to Saudis

He signed McGinn for us so can’t be that bad

Werner is a good signing for spurs, but he plays same position as Son. Think he will suit the system though.

Musketeers double bill tonight … d'Artagnan finished , quick pizza break then part 2 Milady
there’s been countless Musketeer movies and of course the masterpiece that is Dogtanian , but this is easily the best one they’ve ever made even allowing for it being in French with English subtitle's…
Always loves those stories, what streaming site they on?

He was really on the fringes of the game I thought (aside from the one shot that was a good save).
Ollie comes on and straight away he's constantly getting it on the left and dragging their backline across.
Duran looked to be doing o.k start of the season scoring v Everton, Hibs and Warsaw. Perhaps he thought he was due a prem start at that stage? Watkins scores hat trick v Brighton and that's hime up and running for the season and now Duran looks further away in breaking through than six months ago.
Ollie didn’t do that much at all, not more than Duran

We really need a point of difference as an AM to help beat the low block.

Always thought he was a weird signing, a lot of wolves fans were happy to get rid. We overpaid for him and wasn’t what we needed.
He may have had the odd decent performance, but he has also put in some poor performances. The fact that he only has 10 starts in 18 months shows it all.
Glad we are getting some money back
