Even if people want to go by just spend, which ignores the need to sell to faciliate purchases in the first place, they're 6th in that time - a good half a billion of the Manchester clubs and Chelsea. We have a higher net spend despite spending 3 years out of the PL.

 

That’s because of the “Liverpool” name. They got massive money for youth players and rejects ( from the likes of Bournemouth), which only maybe City would near.

Yep he was defo brought in to help cover the loss of JJ. I also think the court case accusations have taken a lot out of him. He’ll still have a part to play, but likely just a bit part. I would guess we are unlikely to make permanent

For me, today was the effects of losing to Utd, it made us nervous as a crowd, and then we couldn’t get much atmosphere going.

Not been his best the last couple of games, but that was a vital pen. He could do with some rest imo.

Didn’t look fully fit when he came on, but it’s good to have him back. 

Thought he did really well, not only winning the pen, but also some vital headers and chased down defenders. 

He scares me, Everytime anyone runs at him. 
He’s an ok backup, but the sooner Torres is fully fit the better 

Better than he had been of late. He’ll get back to what he should be.

He scares defenders, last 3 games he has been doubled up on and still finds a way through. What a turnaround in him.

If Joshua concentrates and is in his game then I’d say it’s a comfortable win for him. But if he’s not on it Dubois could beat him.
