Yes. I'd much rather this than trying to sell everything from the staff car park to Jack just to keep control. Need to call it a day.
I don’t think he will sell for less than 60, I can see Tony staying.

Does it have to be one member one share? Or could it be say, Stan Collymore buys 20 - one each for his family, dog (insert joke here) etc.?
I’d imagine you can buy as many shares as you can afford tbh, just can’t see our fans parting with big amounts of money hoping others do too. Our best option is the American buying the club.

Collymore has been tweeting about the potential for Villa to sell to Villa fans. 50,000 shares at £2,500 per share, and own 51% of the club, leaving Xia with 49%. £125m buys the club and is enough to keep it running for a couple of years while looking for a buyer/ investors to buy Xia's 49%.
It's all very pie in the sky, but, say what you want about him, he's passionate about trying to help the club.
I'd happily take £2,500 out of my savings to buy 1 share in AVFC. I just don't know whether we have 49,999 others that would.
No chance. Doubt we’d even get 5,000 fans do that.

Hope he can sleep at night.
I’m sure he sleeps very well in his luxury mansion

We ain’t got money to sack Bruce unless he walks away so it’s highly unlikely there will be any new manager.
-
Collymore saying he’s seen the bottom line figure and it’s horrific he says we are in worse position than Leeds or Portsmouth were, won’t let me link pic it’s saying “You are only allowed to upload 296.96kb”

I honestly don't think England will make it out.
England’s squad is very average but I still think even if we don’t play great we will get out of that group.

Stockdale turned down a Premier League contract he is certainly near that or more. the 3 defenders signed for about 12 million wont be on small wages or Craig Gardner, Ndoye or Kuszczak be on decent wages too
They have told Stockdale to look for a new club, N’doye n Gardner both about 25-30k I’ll give you but Kuszcack would be on no more than 10k lol he was their under Rowett (when they had zero funds/embargo) and is an old backup journeyman keeper

JOta is earning as much or more than hogan. How can that club who has finished below 15th in last two years be affording that kind of wage?
Jota reportedly earning 35k pw, they don’t have more players on anywhere near that. We have loads of players on around that amount or earning even more.

I was trying to find out this myself but what I found just made me feel worse they are apparently about to sign a Danish left back called Pedersen for 2m and found information regarding ffp right from their chairman Edward Zheng link here http://www.joysandsorrows.co.uk/2018/05/bcfc-quarterly-supporters-forum-24-may/
Edward said we understand it is confusing. Every club in the EFL is very mindful in dialogue about FFP. We are mindful in making decisions in the best interest of the club. Ignore the unfounded incorrect rumours on social media. We continue to do business as usual. No penalty anticipated.
Garry has already got a list of the players he wants, the right players in the right positions – we trust the manager.

That statement basically confirms we are screwed then, also I believe he’s gonna stick with Bruce. Wow I’m depressed.

We need Monk to leave the scum

What is it about Wolves you don't like?
I'm not gloating. I had absolutely nothing to do with how this season turned out.
I've been reading Villa Talk for years and posting here most of the season. I came on to congratulate you after the 4-1 win and wanted you to do well when you hit second spot if you look back at my posts.
I'll continue to post on here in a respectful way whenever I like or until the mods remove me as I'm interested to see how the Championship turns out next season and how Villa's management team handle the current situation.
Enjoy your afternoon @fifamad x
You joined in October when you knew you were gonna win the league, you don’t fool me it’s passive gloating, what don’t I like about wolves? I don’t like their fans, I don’t like how they’ve cheated their way too promotion, I don’t like their stadium, don’t like Wolverhampton, corrupt sneaky club, it will come back to bite in the end and it will be glorious.

Maybe I was wrong about Villa fans after all...
Never liked wolves and never will, Go and gloat somewhere else, funny when wolves were shit never heard a peep from their fans, since they cheated their way up they are all over the place giving it large, dirty dodgy corrupt club, it will come crumbling down in the end, dodgy words removed

This is inaccurate, and the term 'obsessed' seems to have come into use a lot this season as a defence when your club is on the end of some abuse. Believe me the fortunes of your club this year comes nowhere near the joy we've had watching Wolves this year.
Wolves fan's focus on Villa in the second half of the season is almost entirely down to Bruce, Tony, and Wyness. Our feelings are pretty nuanced and if you look at some Wolves forums you'll see that many of us feel bad for the Villa fans, as you are a decent bunch.
What should be clear to you now is that the people running your club really did gamble the house almost on promotion this year. This honestly isn't me gloating, but it seems they were out thought and out manoeuvred by Fosun, and the way they dealt with this was unsporting.
Many Villa fans on this forum agree with me as you were distancing yourselves from Wyness' comments, just as Leeds fans were when their owner joined in, so it's not lost on many of us that Villa fans != Villa management.
Because of the way your management acted during the season it is quite sweet to see them in the position they find themselves, but I really do feel for Villa fans. As I've said in the past, I quite like Villa.
On top of this, I will add, FFP is clearly bullshit and is holding you back at the moment. I'd like to see clubs like Wolves, Villa, and other mid to upper mid sized clubs really challenge it as all it's doing is stopping you from investing and keeping the top six in the top six.
Haha sod off, hope you get smashed in the prem, you lot cheated you’re way up, dodgy small time tin pot dive of a club

We are screwed.

With all the loans most likely going back for good, If we also sell Grealish and still have fistface in charge we will really be in for an enthralling season. Exited much?

And his teams only ever seem to be really up for it against Villa even though hes a supposedly villa fan. Just don’t understand the love in for him being our manager
So Brentford finished 9th but his team “only ever seem to be really up for it” against us?

He’s a bottom half championship player

We have the opportunity to beat Baggies AND Small Heath next season.
But will we beat them that’s the question, we will be losing Snodgrass, Grabban, Terry, Onomah, Johnston for sure and possibly more of our better players, this was the season we had to go up SHA had all their manager Mary go round so we played them at good timings these last two seasons, they seem to have found a good manager now and will be tougher to pin down as for the baggies they will have the parachute payments and have a better squad than us already, we are screwed.

I agree with you about Grealish but I’m not so sure Bruce will walk.
