I'm finding that wingers/wide players are not that affective for me this year. Gone with 3 strikers and 3 across the midfield and it's working really well.

1.) I have a home tactic which players a high line and set to standard and away tactic with deeper line and set to control. 2.) Yes, every player has individual instructions, i also set instructions on the opponents players. 3.) Not really.
