What the hell does Lange do? Another signing any wally on football manager would make. I can think of Sanson and and Troare as more left field "potential value" signings and they were flops. There is very little imagination in our scouting.

I feel like we need to take stock and decide how we move forward without Gerrard instead of spunking 30 mill away on another player. 

We paid a fortune to get him and his backroom team in and no doubt it will cost even more to get rid of them, we've commited to big contracts on his players, predominantly at a higher age bracket. It feels dangerous now going any further in with him. 

He literally started the game with a cock up when he inexplicably played that pass to a palace player and then somehow managed to get worse. Awful.

Season **** because we need a CB and a centre mid in the next 10 days but we can't give him any money as we'll be sacking him early September.

Whether or not we want to do the standard villatalk pedantics and semantics, it's clear the question is framed as Buendia has done enough to start and you are not starting him. Yet the manager has given valid reasons why he hasn't started (this season) but those with an axe to grind won't have it.

Getting done on freekicks and corners again tomorrow. Won't win this one.

He's already put an explanation forward last week on Buendia. This was last Saturday.
