I think DCL is ok, but that is not the reason Ollie has been omitted.

with Greenwood pulling out, I thought he was pretty much nailed on.

I think Rashford and Sterling are very lucky to go, on their form....they look stale to me.

Southgate goes with the name only, he loves a big name & a big club. I would take Ollie Watkins over those two on any team I was putting together.

  2. Ollie Watkins is a very, very good striker who in my opinion will only get better next season. I would take Ollie over Tammy every day of the week, OW will turn out to be a complete strike while TA is a bit limited.

My only regret with Ollie Watkins is that Leicester did not sign him. Oh Well !!

No rocket up the arse is going to give him his legs back unfortunately. It's kind of like people waiting for Rooney, Sheva and  Torres etc to get back into form back in the day when it was obvious they were shot to bits.

All notion of acceleration and sharpness is gone, and it does not come back.

It's hard to believe he is physically done at 27 ! He really should be at his peak.

West Brom seem to have improved just too late!, 2 point behind Fulham with a game in hand.

Unfortunately for Fulham & Barcodes they are what.......6 & 8 points behind 17th with 6 & 7 games to go, seems very unlikely they will pull off the great escape, especially with Brucie pulling the odd rabbit of points out of his hat from time to time.

The funny thing for me is that Fat Sam is having success playing attacking football ! I think he is taking the other clubs by surprise !!

It's almost like he got told post injury that we had no intention of making the move permanent and he just does not give a **** anymore, stopped trying to impress

Which means we dodged a massive bullet

But is also increasingly shit for him cos we gave him a huge opportunity, he probably won't get a better one, and then you throw in the last England squad and Lingard making the euros and can't help but think you absolute idiot, everything was there for him this season and hes thrown it all away

Not just the chance to sign for Villa but the opportunity to impress Chelsea & the other top Premier League clubs. He is definitely no longer an England candidate & will struggle to get even a decent loan next season.

I guess being a multi-millionaire at 27 removes the urgency for some players. Lingard got the chance & kicked the door down.

I think Spurs are going to come out flying with a point to prove. Not optimistic for this.

You would expect them to be extremely pissy unless they really want the special one gone.It should be fun !!

That's what I'm concerned about, we need a new creative player that as good as Grealish, where if one goes down at least we have one playing.

Every team in the league need a player as good as Grealish but they don't come along every day !
