If we can't sign a RB this month then it is imperative that KKH is recalled from Plymouth, it will be a step up for him but we could do with the extra option and he can cover left back too.

We need to move on from our Christmas hiccups and start the new year with a refreshing win. Would like to see a good bit of rotation but a win would be nicer given our pathetic record in this competition recently.
I'd go:
Emi
Konsa Diego Carlos Lenglet/Pau Moreno
Kamara Iroegbunham
Zaniolo Diaby Ramsey
Duran
A strong bench then.

Bump. One of the inform midfielders in the league recently. Fan favourite at Luton this season. Pleased for him, never felt it was lack of application or ability, just confidence. He wasn't a total waste of space like some players we've had.
Yeah he started his season great for us, got injured and could not recover his form and fitness. Jacob Ramsey then offered more legs towards the end of the season.

People forgetting the 70m spent in Casemiro too (plus big wages), was good season last year but he had serious miles on the clock and his legs have gone now. At least when they signed Schweinsteiger that time there wasn't a big fee involved.

I thought there were 2 or 3 times where he was surprisingly slow, dangerous looking balls over the top that konsa was more than comfortable with
Konsa is one of the quickest centre backs in world football though, not many capable of outpacing him.

If he started yesterday then our performance would be a lot sharper, McGinn is amazing but when playing deeper he takes too many touches at times. Kamara moves the ball sharper with more one touch passes. Douglas Luiz can play with more freedom too. He will be badly missed the next two games too but hopefully we can step up.

Really hope they pick up more injuries this evening, understandable that they are naming a strong team again but the load on the players is not sustainable.
-
When he gets fully up to speed again he will be like a new signing, given how important to us he was in the second half of last season it will be nice to have that back again.

Remind me how many top 4 finishes Spurs have had, and how many trophies they've won, in the last 15 years?
What they do have is the most lucrative stadium in the league which will increase the probability of them winning trophies in the future.

If Tielemans is fit less so but he will probably get a couple of Premier league starts in the next 3. Hopefully he steps up.

Apparently the St James park atmosphere is dead today, if Fulham hold on with 10 men then their bubble really can be burst.

So out of interest, who was the last keeper to come through our youth/academy ranks to start a competitive senior game for us?
I guess apart from Akos Onodi who played that FA Cup game against Liverpool along with the entire youth team
Think it is Oakes back in the 90s

The thing about Ferguson was that he was able to get performances out of average players that no other manager could possibly do.
I remember they played a decent Arsenal team off the park in a FA game with a midfield of
Rafael Gibson O'Shea Fabio
In that last season the midfield pairing during their good run at the start was Cleverly and Anderson, neither player ever got near that form again.

I'd say his wages are high in comparison to his position in the squad now.

Gerard Nash out!
He has been linked with some League of Ireland jobs but never gets them. To be fair at this level of football results are not everything but a result like tonight's is a bit embarrassing and winning youth cups is good for the prestige of the academy.

I know they are bottom of the league but really good to see Seb Revan getting regular gametime there, this time last year he was struggling for game time with Grmsby and ended up having to go down to the Nationla League south with Hereford in January. He has always had the makings of a good footballer and has done well in pre season friendlies so hopefully he is on the right track to a good career at least now.

They've just signed a record shirt sponsor deal with no CL
Extremely dodgy though as the companies' turnover is only $15m a year.

I firmly believe that there's a high chance that Martial will turn out to be one of the worst signings in the history of football, this is SO FUNNY
Will be leaving in a free at the end of the season now. Funnily enough we were linked with him as a Benteke replacement earlier that summer.

Pochettino really hasn’t done much to merit a good manager label.
He was a manager ahead of the curve ten years ago like many Bielsa disciples, but hasn't evolved since and seems to be out of ideas now.

3 goals in a row he’s been at fault for?

Would rather see spurs get a win here if it's not a draw, preferably with a couple of injuries added in for Newcastle. Newcastle are probably still a bigger threat when it comes to a top 4 finish.

If they hadn't had such a terrible start to the season they would be right in the race for European football, on current form they are a tougher game than the likes of Brighton, or West Ham and clearly better than Man Utd
-
We are a club lucky enough to have 2 gods associated with it now.
-
They have scored just 1 goal in their last 6 games too, their handful of fans must be getting bored now.

Because Forest sat deep and didn't give them so much space. They are toothless if you do that.
