Ndidi coming from Leicester ? Contract ends summer.

Too limited on the ball and hasn't been in good form in about 4 years, a no for me.

That's probably where I noticed him, he seemed to be breaking through as they did all or nothing but since watching that I don't watch spurs so didn't have a clue what happened to him

He is 24 now with only 27 career league appearances to his name, for comparison KKH has 78 appearances at 21 and might be all the better for the lower league experience.

Tanganga gone to Millwall on loan from spurs

What happened to him? Broke through and hit his ceiling or injuries or what?

Just not very good, Mourinho liked his aggression but a limited enough footballer.

Actually i'm not sure they did have an opportunity to fix it.  They were charged for 21/22 after May 2023 and before this they assumed everything was fine.

But by that time, they couldn't improve 22/23 because that accounting period had already closed.

They knew at the start of the 21/22 season that they needed to sell to meet future ffp. They would have been ok if they pocketed the Richarlison money but decided to spend big on Onana, Maupay and McNeil plus the Tarkowski, Alli and Coady wages.

  5. We do need full back cover badly, any long term injury to Cash/Konsa/Moreno or Digne would mean that someone will have to play far too many minutes, especially if we continue to progress in the Conference League or FA cup0. He is a good footballer who may make the odd mistake but with his athleticism would be more useful than say Chambers to cover at full back either side.

There is no indication Leicester’s owner was prepared to put in the extra £300m a season required to make up the difference if he had been allowed to.

That’s without considering that it would most likely have been City or Chelsea throwing in another £300m on top, rather than Leicester had they been allowed to.

Leicester were back in the running for champions league football for two years running before COVID messed up the owners business and that coupled with things going stale under Rodgers led to their downfall. They had a good run though.

KDB is the greatest player in PL history.

Con't care what anyone says it's my opinion.

He has pissed his career away at a soulless sports washing project though. I know the likes of Man Utd and Liverpool are horrible clubs too but they wouldn't be as bad as playing for a nation state with a terrible human rights record.

i take it, this is what you’re referring to?

utterly cringe inducing - such a painful watch.

Anyone ripped off by Salt Bollock deserves all the ridicule coming their way.

Yep doing humiliating stuff is not a good idea for a football manager, a bit like the time Mourinho was doing paddy power ads but worse.

Werner at Chelsea was one of the worst transfers in recent history. He might do well with another crack at the PL but I wouldn't be too gutted to hear he was going elsewhere to try again.

Yet he was an important part of them winning the champions league. Could have been more clinical but suited Tuchel's style.

He will function well in Tottenham's system.
