Who gives a **** about what Sherwood did or didn't do?  He was shite, give or take remi has been equally shite.

Last night he changed it up and did well, long may that continue.

I remember when people totally wrote him off, just because "no other manager fancied him".  I remember it like it was just the day before yesterday.

Imagine if we went on to win the cup and stay up, Remi would receive instant legend status.

He had a decent game tonight, in Gestede standards an excellent game.  I'm not sure he's going to ever be brilliant for us, and we need to strengthen our options in this department.  But for now, he's a cut above the groot and about the best option we have there and should be playing / not sold.

Joleon would like you all to know that "they care", apart from tonight they've had a funny way of showing it.

But alas, clean sheet and got the winner so I'm not complaining.

Sometimes I wonder if us fans expect too much, and maybe we don't see the bigger picture.

But we were all calling this team in the pre-match thread, I even used the words "tasty"...low and behold a good selection went on to play better and won.

YEah, we really needed that.  Remi needs to now convince those players he used that was them, they did it and they can continue doing it.

Oh and stick by some of the players who turned up to be counted tonight, because they played like they actually wanted to win.

The performance is all to do with selection, tactics and instructions - if the team are following them.

We've rained down on him about the lack of performance from the team over the last 9 games.  When he wins, he deserves the plaudit...and I said it before kick off that whatever happens I could see he has finally made the right choice in a team selection.
