    The players are showing nothing, The managers role is to get the players motivated for the game and get the best out of his players. Is lambert doing that?     Lerner out,He has set this season up for relegation. Clear we needed reinforcements before todays game to tighten up the backline and get us a real character in the midfield but Lerner has not pulled out his finger this stinks of relegation and it is upsetting. The blame is soley down to lerner he has the money and does not want to spend. BACK HIM OR SACK HIM LERNER DOUG WOULD NOT OF ALLOWED THIS
