I am still trying to work out.............we have the fastest player in the Premiership, who eats fullbacks for breakfast, yet plays on the left side of the front two, and he is Right footed. Liverpool a prime example. He streaks past defenders like they just aren't there, then puts a weak left footed shot across the face of the goal, or down the 'keepers throat, and they collect them like "bread & butter" stuff. Big John holds up the ball, and lays it off, so he (Big John) could easily stay left side - giving Gabby the right side run, and the chance to power in a Right footed shot. Or am I missing something here Oh, and Reo-Coker........ftw

Biggest game of the season so far without doubt. If we beat them we'll open up an 8 point gap and their confidence will be shot to shit because they know full well we are their main rivals for that last CL spot. If we lose I can wouldn't be surprised if we go through January of poor results, just hope that doesn't have an impact on our Carling Cup chances.

Some people are an absolute joke. It's one game. If someone had said to me at the start of the season we'd be 4th at Christmas and had beat United, Chelsea and Liverpool I'd of bit their hand off. We've got a Semi Final to look forward to and if we beat Liverpool on Tuesday (not saying we will) then it will look rosy again.

I agree with this. I don't argue against Season Ticket Holders getting some sort of priority. However for match ticket purchasers of Sunderland getting such special treatment but no mention of Portsmouth is disgraceful. I went Portsmouth and have also been to 8 aways already this season, yet someone who could have just brought a ticket for Sunderland to merely get a booking history gets lucky when it comes to Blackburn away.

General, When you say the distribution will be fair, will the tickets go on sale for Blackburn away in the same format as they did for Portsmouth? I.e, will people who went to Portsmouth have priority over those who didn't regardless of whether one holds a season ticket or not? UTV.

Just got back. Quality performance, special mentions to Downing and Milner who I thought were awesome tonight. So saying that not one player really had a bad game. I think it's a good job we equalised when we did or it could of been a horrible night. Whoever started off the chant "You're just a town full of semen" deserves knighting. Oh and wtf was going on with their fans in the corner of the stand to the right. I think the average age was about 12. It actually made me cringe. Wembley now please!
