    I think it's more about stifling their momentum and frustrating the crowd than actually wasting time.

    It's fine if the alternate is Brighton battering us endlessly. We need a breather and to cut their momentum. It's tacky but there's logic to it.

    Ings doesn't relieve pressure in the same way Watkins tries to. He can win a throw-in or a foul pretty easily with a quick shift of his feet.

    Digne has been solid so far.

    The officiating has been frustrating but we're cutting it very close and are causing a lot of these problems ourselves by trying to play it out of the back. We really need the break to work on this tactic because the players look very uncomfortable. I'd be happy with a draw here.
