Absolutely agree, if we play 4-3-3 instead of 4-4-2 we earn a man (due to the lack of consistencvy of either Carew or Heskey) and we improve our quality with Fabian, who needs a DCM behind me. But a midfield with three central midfielders is similar to the current arsenal formation, with Song (DCM), Fabregas and Diaby or Ramsey.

Great game, 2-0 and two posts. Solid defence, with Dunne and Cuellar at thir peak, and fantastic midfield, with the wingers that swapped continuosly their position and Milner that brought speed and quality in the middle.

I agree that Warnock and Collins were outstanding. Don't agree with those who still defend Friedel, he has taken a more than avoidable goal on his own post!

Great performance from Collins e Milner. And 5 minutes of Emile Heskey are more effective than 70 of an unwatchable Carew.

I think Petrov can't play in 4-2-2 for a certain lack of consistency that he has. His best position is in front of NRC in a 4-3-3 (at home) or 4-5-1 (away) formation. With NRC behind him he must not be worried about defendive tasks and, feeling to be protected, can create..

Fantastic performance from all the boys in claret and blue. Even players usually average like Friedel, Cuellar and Shorey were outstanding and had a great impact on the match, a magic night for all us fans! -
