Same I don't think it was aimed at you @mottaloo.

Thanks Marv..... I am old skool in feelings and emotions but it seemed pretty direct.

Anyway....like I imply....I ain't thin skinned normally so I'll drop it and let's just all look forward to a good performance at west ham today 😁

    To clarify the above post.

I'm not championing the environmentalists or what they've done.

Just trying to explain why I think they've done it and why it's been successful for them.

It's the same as when they glue themselves to things or block roads. If everyone ignored it then they'd stop and try something else.

Growing up in the countryside, then living in cities and now being semi urban in a relatively wealthy suburb. There are way more of these types of vehicles about nowadays and they don't get used the same way as they did 20 or 30 years ago. They're not off road vehicles or used for pulling caravans or horseboxes, they're used on the school run or to go shopping. I can't go a hundred yards down the road without seeing multiple shiny white rangerovers or other 4x4s and speaking to the parents at my sons school they all think we're nuts for going camping or doing outside activities.

Thanks for your point and thanks in particular for not telling me to leap off a cliff, kill myself but ultimately reduce the planet's carbon footprint 🙂

Assuming they’re just letting the air out and not slashing them, It’s a fairly low damage way to raise awareness to be fair.

    Fair point Stevo.

However.....I don't know about you but if I have only ONE flat tyre I more than annoyed about the inconvenience but all four......and done by someone who feels entitled to target me for climate change abuse..... I really wouldn't trust myself not to take a tyre spanner to his/her head as he/she raised my awareness.

  4. Climate protesters latest.....letting down tyres of SUV.

Not that I would ever be able to afford one....and yes, some proper words removed own them but if you've earned it through hard graft then to see some unwashed, tree hugging eco warrior using mung beans to help deflate the tyres.....well.....it does my head in.

Why not spray paint the local BMW dealership in tasteful orange instead of picking on the man in the street ?

No dig at anyone on here who is passionate about saving the planet - I get it, but does Swampy really believe he is going to influence the government by picking on the odd SUV parked across the road from his squat ?

But why? Why is OConnor a “legend” to the unwashed?

He was a plodding lower league journeyman who won **** all, suppose that’s pretty heroic to the Sty dwellers 😂

    Well......duuuuuuur !!! 🤪

    It's cos he's proppa blooze mate !

I only ever went a couple of times but these guys (predominantly scouse) ruined it for me. All lagered up and looking for a ruck from the moments the gates opened.

If only it was just the lager.

The great stinking turd is almost flushed

Key word here is "almost". They will get out of it due to a flukey last-minute own goal equaliser and finish 4th bottom a goal better off than the last relegation placed team.

Just like their only trophy win ( only team in the area to win a cup this century  - yawn) which was gifted to them by a last minute clash between arsenal's keeper and defender for a finish my right b*ll*ck could manage to nudge over the line and I had that removed 8 years ago.

But no.....WE'RE the spawny, jammy ones. Mate 🙄

Marl grey joggers and hoodies are the uniform of the often spotted word removed. Usually seen strutting around shopping centres, precincts, bus stops and parks.

Their bland choice of apparalel immediately marks them out as societal parasites and best avoided.

    Oi !! 😡

  10. Meh 🙄

2nd best today in fairness. Can't understand the (sometimes) over the top criticism by England fans. They looked really useful and games are won and lost on the finest of margins
