Can't see how you can judge Maloney as "poor". Let's come back at 5 pm today to see how he's done against Man C. Also we can see about Petrov and Reo-Coker as "mediocre"

This is what MON bashers seem so unable to see - he has had to shed so many players who weren't delivering for Villa, while forging a better team spirit and bringng in and settling down new people like Young, Petrov, Maloney, Carew. I can't believe it - is this the start of a "bring back DOL" campaign? :bonk:

DOL's performance = 1st season, 6th; 2nd season, 10th; 3rd season, 16th. The risk is: what is the next number in this sequence? At least MON got usback up to 11 the next season.
