Some people are claiming that Spurs won't care if they lost v Man City if it stops Arsenal from winning the league.... The players aren't fans... do the Spurs players really care who wins the league??

Just watched the "highlights" of the game... How on earth is the foul on Rogers not a penalty but the foul on Adingra was given?

Anyone have any belief that we can turn this around? Any belief I had went missing after the turgid Brighton performance...

Most of the media online or on youtube are saying that Spurs are just seeing the season out as they have nothing to play for??

Apparently City have a poor record against Spurs at their new stadium, only scoring 1goal in 6 games.... mind you, this will be the first time that City will experience flangeball at the stadium...

I don't think this will be an easy game for Spurs... then they have to back it up by playing City on the 15th May, 3 days later...

Interestingly enough, it's my 50th birthday on the 15th May... would be a nice present to get guaranteed 4th.

Burnley could still escape relegation. Forest play Chelsea and could well lose that. Burnley then play Forest last game of the season. I don't think that a Spurs victory v Burnely is a nailed on certainty?

Any news on the Yuri, Rogers or Martinez injuries?  We could do with them for the Liverpool game...

Earlier this season...

Burnley 2-5 Spurs. 

Spurs 2-1 Sheff Utd.

Man City 3-3 Spurs.

So they are still easily capable of getting 7 points, from the return fixtures poor form or not. 

We lost to Liverpool 3-0 (albeit at Anfield) and beat Palace, but we were 1-0 down till the 87th minute and 1-1 until 90+8 or something daft, so both tough fixtures given our current form/fatigue/injuries etc.

Although GD is in our favour, Burnley are -35 and Sheff U are -65, this is why some are worried it could be clawed back.

Also, before city's fa cup win, Spurs had beaten City the last 5 times at home with City not scoring, so again, not beyond the realms of possibility that it could happen again.

Look, I'm very hopeful, and would not swap our position with theirs (I'll be lumping some money on Spurs just to do my bit - always lose ) just wish we had done the business today

Spurs we’re on fire earlier in the season… this Spurs, not so…

We were one bought dive of a penalty away from getting an underserved point… 

that point would’ve meant that Spurs would need to win all of their games..

Spurs would need 3/3 wins if it stays like this… 

A draw v Man City and we’d probably have to lose both of our games 3-0 and Spurs win their two games 3-0 for them to overtake us.

Spurs v Burnley on before our game… could all be over before we play Liverpool..

If Spurs are as open as this against Man City….
