I cant put across how angry i am at the moment, especially after Golds publicity drive on cheap tickets the other day. People will buy these tickets and support the team but we need to counter attack. If you think this is bad feeling, wait till you feel the atmosphere. Can you let the players know how we are being ripped off as this will raise the game even more. General, on Dannys point could you ask Mr Gold what he meant by leading the way please and point out that Villa were leading the way when they have froze ticket prices for a few years and reduced season ticket prices. Can you also point oy that our fans can sit in the North for as little as £15 and were sold ST's for £200 and £50. Dave

General, A villa fan put some tickets on ebay out to make a quick buck and having no regard for who he was selling to. I sent him a question last night and he obviously paniced and withdrew them. Although i understand it is out of your control, what would be the clubs stance if a supporter was caught doing this? With the introduction of ticket exchange and the returns policy i see that this was only someone trying to make money. Oh by the way, one of the tickets was shown in the picture with BLOCK L ROW B SEAT 145 clearly visible. :winkold:

This sounds a great idea General! I'm sure you would get some volunteers from fans like myself who would not mind donating their time in making this happen as getting these blown up would not be easy. I feel a good atmosphere coming on for yet another home game!

General, I just wanted to make youa ware of a conversation i had yesterday with some Blose fans. One had been going on about the Chelsea game and how well we played, after picking myself up off the floor all but one told me how other directors could learn from Villa's new owners. General the catering was a hell of a lot better today and if anybody complains shoot them, the guys manning the bottle bars cleared the queues so fast there was no queue! The smoking in the toilets has got out of hand, one steward just stood there and when i asked him if he was going to do something he had a point when he said " i am on my own" the lads smoking just laughed at him and mocked him. I spoke to a senior steward who said he had the same problem, he went in and he was laughed at but again he was on his own. He asked me personally to complain as it was getting worse but their safety is at risk while on their own. I think he said they were having smoke alarms fitted but he said you still need the manpower to eject the fans when caught. I hope you enjoyed today as much as we did! Up the Villa

I think i can answer this if the General does not mind. There is a main post on the forums that goes on about this and i have added my reply from there below If all goes to plan they will have bottle bars located around each concourse so there will be no need to wait for the beer to be poured.

General, Although there has been a lot of complaints on this thread over the last two weeks i'm sure the majority are just letting you know that something is not going right and know the amount of work that goes on behind the scene. I hope this is taken as constructive critisim and not a vendetta. For the first time EVER you have given the fans a right to reply and we do but unfortunatly some will complain about the most smallest of things like the wrong badge on the stewards hi viz :roll: Stick with us General as the highs are well worth the wait. On Away fans They should be evicted from the ground but at a very minimum we should be seen to be doing something about this. When we play Blues it will be much worse due to the fact of them having more of a loacal support that liverpool have. This could be a powder keg about to explode and if the club could be in trouble as even from comments made on this site alone the risk has been highlighted. May suggest stewards take a note of seat numbers containing away fans and trace who brought the ticket for them. At a minimum a written warning could be sent out and this would serve as not only a warning to them but a warning to all fans what is at risk by buying tickets for aways fans. Football violence at grounds must not show its ugly head again as our families are at risk. Lets stop it now before someone gets hurt. To all those villa fans who brought tickets for opposing fans. SHAME ON YOU!

Hello GENERAL, FOOD UPDATE PART II: GARBAGE AGAIN! Can you pease PM me the details of the woman who held the food tasteing day that i took time out of (WASTED)my weekend to attend? General i went into the Holte last night and felt i needed to say thank you. It is all credit to Randy and his team for making this happen. I had to explain Randy's reasons for doing up the pub as one of the poor barmen was confused as he had not only heard the £4 million price it cost but also it would have to be subsidised. He was still in shock when i told him that this was known before hand. Can i just make a comment about Clinton the bar man, this guy went out of his way to make all who turned up welcome and has a real passion for the pub and his job. He is a credit to you along with the rest of the team in there. I too am disgusted with the shame that idiot poster put on us as fans and club :evil:
