Got mine at the weekend first thing i noticed is that the sponsor is printed differently than the original batch that they still use for the display models. There is a claret backing to the white which links individual letters together. Maybe that was the quality issue that the other way of printing the sponsor resulted in the letters falling off?? love the shirt got it in small with young on the back its got a great fit to it. favourite nike short so far

just gonna pick up the away...but will be in over for the game at the weekend... for my birthday..... in the Holte..... against Man U.. Ah who am i fooling i'm buying the home on saturday

Hi Gen, Good to have you back. Just want to say i feel really sorry for everyone at the club at the moment it like nothing can go right! i dont blame the club for the Kit, the sponsor, GH problems with the French fa (god knows french football has its problems) or the MON. I really dont like it when fans come on here and complain about these issues. I have cancelled my orders for both home and away shirts for the moment.This is in no way a protest against the club its purely a cost/value issue. I understand you are limited as to what you can do kit cost wise. I do intend to reorder but I hope some other kind of gesture is given by Nike NOT THE CLUB maybe throw in a bootbag or those nike gloves that Ashley wears when it gets cloudy outside, i had a pair but left them at an astro park last winter and as the weather is turning a free set would be nice

I have cancelled my order for home and away. Its just not good enough, will probably pick one up at the end of the season cause i do like it, and i reckon they'll have plenty left to shift!!

Seen him for the first time on saturday, has a great shot and was lively enough but he looked like a little kid on the pitch. There's no way he'll make it in the prem. its not just height he's just too lightweight. As a small winger you have a chance as you can use your speed and balance to bounce off players a la Albrighton who aint that big, but i dont see that in him

I really like the both of them and will be getting home and away. i didn't get either one last year as i hated the nike template. that collar was cheap reminded me of some dodgy football shirts i wore when i played sunday league as a kid. At risk of starting off the annual debate, but were is a cheap place to get the shirt, i normally order from the offical site but with the delay and the fact i'm buy 2 i'm looking for the cheapest option!

In fairness its not Nikes fault that kids are really slow on the sewing machines, and they are tired after all the man u shirts are finished. i'm sure they can move the kit date foward if we lobby for their water breaks to be taken away

Very disappointed about this. i really like the kits but to get an old template puts us barely one step above a customer team. I'd love to hear what the general has to say about nike clearly not being bothered with us

For the away I'll go for a exact same design as the home only a whole black shirt with blue and white check down the side

Love the first 2!! would buy both. We already have 3 identical (besides the slight collar changes) shirts. i want something different. These are different enough while still being a bit classical in over all style

Hi just watching the Germany Australia game. Can someone who's good (or even not so bad) at photo-shop do up a Villa shirt based on the Australian template. I think it would look class, it would be a bit different to what we've had the last 3 years but still simple and classic

Ya it saddens me seeing him out so wide! gabbys problem is he runs from the middle out towards the wings whether he has the ball at his feet, is chasing it, or making a run in to space, which means that whenever he actually gets the thing under control he is stuck out wide. he needs to drift out wide a bit but then make runs at the heart of the defence so that milner can play him in into dangerous positions. if you look at our goal tonight, gabby is running towards the corner flag when milner lays the ball to downing - thankfully milner chose to send the ball right rather than left. gabby has his moments but he also has things to learn. i was with you untill this bit. thats actually called making space. if he had of stayed central there wouldn't have been the gap for milner to run into

General, in regards to the Euro prices on the site can you get somebody to get moving on this, i would love to buy the new kits from the official site but if i buy it over here (Ireland) it will cost me about €70 with a name and number, it works out at about €100 from the official site. I don't need to go into the economic difficulties everyone is facing at the moment but i could do with that €30.
