Sharon Stone is 64 years old in a couple of months. Still a very attractive woman.

Having won already at Old Trafford earlier this season, we should have nothing to fear. They do have incredible quality in forward positions but their new coach doesn’t seem to know how to get the best from them. Rashford, Cavani, Ronaldo, Sancho, Greenwood, are all a danger but we have quality as well.
Fitness and Covid permitting again, the team pretty much picks itself apart from one two positions. I’m guessing McGinn can play this one but will miss the next league game? If it’s this one, then apologies and Carney in if so. Going to say 1-2 win.

He may also have one eye on making the World Cup squad. If he scores goals he may just sneak in.

Any guess which shirt number he’ll take?

Maybe we are looking to build the club's profile globally. It's the best chance of short term success our owners can achieve, it will build revenue to support future business (and ffp compliance). Another loan as per coutinho wouldn't be the end of the world...
It’s a fair point but I think we’re already doing this. Martinez would be massive already in his homeland, along with Bailey, Traore, Trez etc. Coutinho will certainly enhance our name and brand. The problem is places like Asia where the merchandise, fake or not, is dominated by the 4/5 top clubs here. You rarely see Villa stuff over there.

I think we’ll try and cash in on him in this window. Not sure what an acceptable offer would be but can see it happening.

I never said he should be starting games for our first team now. I said that he should be in a position to challenge Cash next season. That would mean being around the first team and playing the odd game.

KKH showed real maturity beyond his years last night and this loan to Swindon has done him the world of good. Positionally sound throughout, some super interceptions, decent passing and didn’t look fazed at any point. This lad should be ready to challenge Cash next season.

With what we have in our squad right now and when everyone is fit, is this our strongest team?
Hoping for a couple more though in the door before the window slams shut.

Gutting, I just wasn’t sure. I won’t tell my dad, he now thinks we’ll see Coutinho shirts on every market stall in the midlands! -
Just been talking to my dad about this signing. He’s 75 bless him, but he knows his football and he’s buzzing. He mentioned the volume of shirt sales now with his name and number? Daft question, but do we make much from this kind of thing?

It’s not just the signing of Coutinho but the message it sends out. We mean business.
Smith just wouldn’t have pulled this off and Gerrard will attract big name players.
Back to Coutinho, he’ll want to get fit and back to form in order to secure a spot into the Brazil World Cup team.
What owners we have. Thank you NSWE for sanctioning this.

Really big moment in our history if this is announced today. Regardless of whether this transfer works out, it’s a real statement of intent. Other players will sit up and take notice.

Angela Rayner. As Gerrard would say “ I’m all in”.
Can I say Kate Middleton as well without some Royal Protection Officer knocking my door down?
