  1. With the 12th pick in the 2012 VT Mock Draft, the Seattle Seahawks select...

    Luke Kuechly

    Boston College

    Linebacker

The Seahawks have a few holes to fill, but non more-so than LB. If Kuechly falls to them at the 12th pick they can't afford to pass on him. He's the top at his position going into the draft and made a good impression at the combine. Seattle need intelligent players and people with a good off-field ethic, Kuechly is that guy.

  2. Priority: Earth is the only mission I have left now. Gonna try and complete it tonight.

Kind of wish that I had kept my 'perfect' save from ME1 through to ME2 so I could have carried over my choices, but apparently they don't mean much anyway, so meh. Would have been nice to have Wrex, Thane, Jack, Samara etc... making an appearance and my Rachni choice being noted. Would it really be that hard to have some multiple choice options at the start of a new character though so you could have some diversity in your dialogue throughout the game?

  3. With the 9th pick in the VT 2012 Mock Draft, the Carolina Panthers select...

    Fletcher Cox

    Mississippi State

    Defensive Tackle

While no Ndamukong Suh, Cos is the best in his position at this years draft. The Panthers have a need for a DT and if Cox is available (which he should be) I can see them snapping him up. The guy is naturally big and strong, and can still grow bigger and stronger. If he develops as he is expected then he could be a force to be reckoned with for years to come and a dominant force for the Panthers front 7.

  4. I say again, just go to Flares on a Friday night

The place is full of women off dating sites so you can see, touch, feel & test drive the goods rather than weeks of texts/BBM's and boring phone calls

Might be full of women off dating sites, but not the good ones.

  5. With the 5th pick in the VT 2012 Mock Draft, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers select...

    Trent Richardson

    Alabama

    Running Back

Tampa could easily go in a different direction and select Morris Claiborne here, they have arguably the 2 premier players of this years draft (excluding Quarterbacks) available to pick. As good as Claiborne looks (and he looks like a future shut down corner), I have the Bucs going for Richardson. The guy is a beast and is already being dubbed the new Adrian Peterson. That's some praise considering how dominant AP has been. They do have LaGarette Blount on the books, but Richardson is a different kind of runner altogether, and we all saw how Tampa struggled when LB went down. Richardson can also come out of the backfield and act as a receiver so it is immediately another target for Josh Freeman.

  6. I'm with Shillzz. You say sleeping in on your day off is a waste of a day, yet you've spent most of it on football manager. Counter-productive?

If I'm getting up early it's not so I can stay indoors and play the computer.

Most of my days off where I have nothing planned consist of getting out of bed at 11am and then sitting on the sofa eating snacks and playing the 360 / watching some TV/films. I won't get up early for it though.

  7. In other news I've been with my missus now for 10 weeks. Seems like nothing and feels like we've been together forever. I've never felt this way about anyone before, and I've been previously engaged so it shows what a sham that was.

I'm totally happy with her and I'm looking forward to being with her for the foreseeable future.

  8. It does exactly what it says on the tin. We take it in turns drafting the 1st round as to who we think should be drafted, not necessarily who WILL be drafted there.

With the 1st pick in the VT 2012 Mock Draft, the Indianapolis Colts select...

    Andrew Luck

    Stanford

    Quarterback

No surprises. Luck is touted as being the most NFL ready QB in a long time. He fits the 'Manning' mould at the Colts and is much more of a pocket passer than Griffin III is. He would give a familiarity to the offence which is what Irsay wants. How he will fair in his first season is very much open to interpretation. The Colts have lost Addai, Clark, Tamme, Garcon.. Reggie Wayne resigned which is a huge bonus, a lot of weapons have gone though. He goes in with a lot of pressure on his shoulders and expectations are high. How his first season will go depends on how the Colts draft in my opinion.

  9. Just wondering on what the general views on Dating websites are, and have you used any? Any success or a complete waste of time?

Reason i'm asking is, i'm not a particularly unsociable person, I go out a couple of times a week and always have a good time. But I never seem to find myself in a situation where i'm "chatting" up someone, or never seem to have someone "chatting" up me (maybe girls dont like pies :winkold: ) or I just miss the signs or whatever....

So was considering going on a dating website, though, for whatever reason it does feel wrong... though, i'm not too sure why, we are in 2011 after all.

So do you have any views or experiences with dating websites?

Either they are total scams sites, or the women that are on there are damaged in one way or another....best policy is always get to know someone on your own, don't pay some middle man....the world kept spinning before dating websites...

    What a sad, sad opinion.
