    Hi General. Big thumbs up to the ticket office staff. Ordered my Reading tickets yesterday at 5pm via the website and I was fully expecting to have to pick them up at the Ticket Collection point before the game but to my surprise they arrived through my letterbox this morning. Great service! Keep up the good work General.

    Nope, it was a hatchback with the door at the back opened. You even saw it on two or three occasions. Watch the repeat if you dont believe me! i thought it was a motorbike because theres a scene when Hammond is going through a tunnel and you can see the front of the motorbike trailing alongside him

    Hi General. Just wanna report on abit of nonsense concerning catering in the Holte End. Before the game I bought a Balti Pie & a bottle of Carlsberg. Now this falls under the 'combo 5' deal for £5. However, the girl on the till tried to charge me £5.30. When I bought up the discrepancy she told me that you need to ask for the 'combo meal 5' deal when ordering. Surely this shouldn't be the case?? Just thought I'd bring the issue up. Keep up the good work General - much appreciated
