    Only plus point is Albrighton - Otherwise it is just a repeat of most other games this season. Totally devoid of ideas going forward and a useless back line. Never expected anything from this game, but I did expect a performance. Glad I haven't a season ticket this year. Fair play to the fans who go week in and week out to watch this shite.

    We are so frustrating - never capitalise. Always one step forward, two back. I knew we would concede with the defence out there today, but I thought we might have created something. We are so one dimensional - Fulham are sitting much deeper so the counter attack isn't working. Lambert hasn't done anything to change our approach. Poor.

    Moving Baker to lb against Everton was disastrous, and yet it seems Lambert is asking Baker (a cb) to play lb when we have Herd coming in who isn't really a defender. Very very nervous. Hoping to be proved wrong.

    How? It lists them all in the same sentence. He's injured. Nothing to see here. Maybe I am reading too much into it but I'm not sure you can say 'nothing to see here'. Would the sentence not say injured trio... Not saying Lowton has been great this season at all - he has been poor - but for me a fully match fit Chris Herd fills me with caution, let alone a rusty Chris Herd. Hope he proves me wrong, and out attack is at the races.

    Really disappointed about Lowton. Many on here were saying if he continued progressing as he did last season he might eventually get an England call up. No idea what has happened with him. It is surely going to be a case of who can score more today because our defence looks very shakey - reminiscent of Christmas period last year. That was the last time I remember Herd in the backline. Not good.

    What a fantastic rtesult that I didn't see coming. Southampton are very good with the ball, but I thought we did help them with giving them posession. They also had so much space around the full back area (2 goals conceded from crosses in to the box) which was a concern. However, we battled hard and ground out the win which is what matters!
