  1. he said on sky sports interview he wouldnt do anything til after euro under21 Thats a bit like when you're going out to a party and everyone knows that you like a certain girl and ask you if you're gonna make your move. What do we do? we try and play it cool and say that we'll see what happens etc. when we know full well that we're gonna get pissed and make our move our move on her.
  2. If Ashley Young is as good as MO'N hopes he will be then he will have cost us £9.65m not £8m and Petrov will be £8m not £6.5m, tells me that we are in the market for a player worth up to £15m if they come along.
  3. If we were to bid for Richards and it was accepted it would very quickly be matched by Chelsea and if Benitez could get the dough out of the American's pockets, Liverpool. He wouldn't be coming here anyway and I don't think he would offer value for money.
  4. We will break it but not on Micah Richards but on a striker.
  5. And Barton was very visible! He had his arse hanging out at **** Goodison Park! How can you settle someone that strts fights on 15 year old boys, starts fights on his fellow team members and shows kids in the family stand his cholate starfish? Newcastle will be signing another clearing in the woods to join the likes of Dyer who has been a bit lonely since that other plank Bowyer left! How could Man U keep a player like Eric Cantona, who lost his **** mind and karate kicked a fan at Selhurst Park? How Could Man U keep a player like Alan Smith who routinely goes in with dirty tackles? How could Newcastle keep Keiron Dyer for having a punch up with his own teamate on the pitch? How could Liverpool keep Riise and Bellamy after they fought in a hotel lobby? These are footballers, not poets. Man City didn't play much football last season did they? Either way I am glad he is on his way to Newcastle they deserve each other. All of those teams above were protecting their investment, Man City couldn't because of a minimum fee release clause, otherwise they may have kept him sweet to get an extra couple of million for him.
  6. He is a top bloke, not much would get past him either he is huge!
  7. No I have loads of black friends, I play snooker with some of them, right on! LOL. It is primarily because he is a blose badge kisser. Not really much else other than him being shit for us and something about his personality. Smally was always a poor mans 'Big time' Neil Cox, I didn't like him either by the way.

  9. There is an immense difference Roca between being booed by your own fans and being booed by fans of the opposition. When you are booed by the opposition it can make an individuals performance improve, when it is your own fans it can be soul destroying and often players don't want the ball because of it e.g. Samuel against Reading.
  10. Not every person is a prick you know. - Rocafella 3/6/07 That is my new favourite phrase Roca, well maybe second to 'nothing is impossible in the world of construction'.
  11. Scott Parker has agreed personal terms at West Ham so full steam ahead messers O'Neill and FitzGerald!
  12. Funny how he aint captain material now in their eyes, he was when they got promoted and nearly won the cup, fickle arseholes!
  13. They aren't going down, if it was decided now they are going down the odds are that the Premiership wouldn't begin until October.
  14. Ha ha ha! Bryan Small misses a penalty! Some things will never change. I hope he hasn't broke anything from his fall, if he has I may actually consider going to the Masters. Marauding run?! Bryan Small? I nearly choked on my Hob Nob! Nice to see that Birchy is doing the biz still, a really nice bloke who was a favourite of mine as a kid.
  15. They certainly won't be relegated now, if anything happens then we will have 21 teams next year but either way West Ham will be in the league as was agreed by an independent panel that all clubs had agreed to at the start of the season.
  16. Worries me that as the Mercury don't know their arse from their elbow! Would be a good start to our busy summer of purchases.
  17. Not so sure we would be much better than we are at the minute Jas, unless Petrov's creativity improve dramatically as a result of having a DMC behind him.
  18. I doubt it, the market is way too heated for that, Newcastle will get Barton and we will get Reo Coker because both of us need those positions filled most. Spurs are trying to get a piece of the action but they want to buy everyone.
  19. I wouldn't go that far but he could be a Michael Ricketts or Marcus Stewart.
  20. Fair enough - I also see a player with lots of potential. But what if we turned the facts around and looked at it the way the Hammers do: 1) He had one great season - then he suffered from the second season syndrome and was absolute wack last year 2) West Ham fans claim he was shown a lot of love it's just that he was too much of a c*unt (a word they use a lot over there) to realize it. Who is to say MON will cure it? 3) That hairdresser thingy is of course a nice thing, but I reckon they might look at him in a different light saying he did it to put himself in a better situation and fish for new clubs as there really hasn't been much activity around him. Like I said, I am just playing the Devil's advocate on this one, but what strikes me is that this never happens in football, oh, to other than pricks I mean. Who is in trouble in England? Barton, Bellamy (always), Reo-Coker right now, before it has been Di Canio, Cantona and Ginola, Kluivert...... all "pricks" you know..... it doesn't happen to Darren Fletcher or Gavin McCann. Nigel Reo-Coker can be a huge asset to us, I don't know, but I just want to point out that he isn't a saint, by the looks of it.... If he was wack last year I would like to see him when he is brilliant, he made the second most tackles in the entire division last season behind Scott Parker but he had a higher success rate. Reo Coker hasn't done much wrong in my opinion unlike Barton who has form of being an idiot over a long period. When he goes to Newcastle I wonder if he will cause trouble with Dye or against him? time will tell.
  21. Koumas ain't better than Gardner at the minute simply because he won't track back and because of that he has never been a regular in the premiership whenever Albion have been promoted. Various managers all agreed on that point and benched him. By comparison Gardner has been good when he has played for Villa in my opinion since 2005/6 and is a team player. Not really sure how much Championship they actually show abroad but Koumas is the kind of player who looks good in that division but won't make the step up to the premier and he hasn't really done it for me for Wales either to be honest.
  22. DMC will be our most important signing this summer IMO, Reo Coker will be an improvement on McCann, may be a bit too soon for someone like Snejider to come to us.
  23. Hayden Mullins, best DMC in the world?! He isn't even the best DMC at West Ham! What a cockbox that man is!
  24. Only problem is that Barton is a dick! He ain't misunderstood or anything like that, he is just a fully fledged clearing in the woods and is currently trying to get himself a move but won't put in a transfer request because then he won't be entitled to a cut of the transfer. His agent Willie McKay is often quoted and is someone that I regard as a clearing in the woods.
  25. I can't see past Luke Young for right back because he would only be about £2m, Lahm would be nice but I don't think we're gonna spend £10m on a right footed left back to play right back when we have so many other positions to fill. But then again we are looking at goalkeepers valued at around £8m when we already have Denmark's No.1 so it may be possible.
