    I think that Darren Bent will prove to be a one season wonder, if we are gonna spend big dough I would go for Ashton, hopefully events at West Ham will help it but looks like they will need him more than ever.

    ManUre only have two stars, if we don't have a star we have missed an opportunity for marketing, full stop. We are trying to break into new markets, when foreigners see the star they will ask 'whats that for?' in the same way that we look at itailian shirts and say what they got 2 stars for? Eg in the States they wont have a clue if we have won anything, how many of you know how many times the Oakland A's have won the world series or San Francisco 49ers the Superbowl, wouldn't you be more likely to know if all of their merchandise had that many amount of stars above the logo?

    Ellis could never have got naming rights to the ground sold for real money because we were seen as club that was going no where, if anywhere backwards, and what company would want to put their name to that. Also the reason that we have a shit shirt sponson worth 2p a week. I think Lerner will first need to spend some big money before large companies take us seriously, like all those haters who keep saying ''you cant do anything 'til January!' dont the tossers realise we have been waiting long enough and cant wait for the late Christmas presents that Randy will bring us!

    Our tradition would remain, but in all honesty it aint been the same since Doug pulled down the Trinity Road stand, he should have gone to prison for that! Incidentlt Notts County play at the Aaron Scargill Stadium but everyone calls it Meadow Lane.

    Dont mind if we change the name because everyone will always call it Villa Park, the only people who will give us stick will be nosers and they already call it Vile Park so bollocks to them! Would rather see the Cadburys Villa Park in European Cup semi final than Villa Park half way up the league.
