  1. "The Elephant Man, The Elephant Maaaann, Harry Redknapp... The Elephant man! ..you'll be hit by a coin, you'll be hit by a coiiiinnn, Harry Redknapp, You'll be hit by a coin!" "Face like a candle... You've got a face like a candle, Face likee a caaanddlllee!!!! You've got a face like a candle!" "Bent cockney w*nker, you're just a bent cockney w*nker"
  2. Bit of a crap argument then.. So Man Utd fans should be banned from singing "Viva John Terry" because Chelsea aren't local rivals? I could go on and on.. "Your house is on fire, Your house is on fire.... Oh Tim Cahill, Your house is on fire."
  3. Yes he is ugly because of that. Do you think he is attractive as result or something? It may not have occurred in the nicest of circumstances for him when he was a lad... but he is still a Klingon bastard. Birmingham sing 'Gabby your mom's a whore, she's dead and gone..." do you see us all moaning about how offended we are?? NO. We'd rather enjoy winning football matches than resorting to bitterness. Get over yourselves. Oh and for the record, Moyes is also horrible on the eye... he looks like a hobbit. I dont give a **** what Lescott or Moyes look like, they care about my club and are important parts of my club. Birmingham are your rivals, its understandable that your rivals would target your players but we arent to you, and I dont see our fans specifically targetting your players with chants etc. Anyway, I'm just quite obviously very bitter and deluded about everything right now. Oh so we're not your rivals then?? I didn't think you would have gave up the chase for 4th place this early...
  4. Can't wait for Joleon's return to Villa Park this season Watch out though the Everton Fans will be taking notes of any offensive chanting that takes place. Or anything remotely loud for that matter. "Handball!!!" "ARGH!!!" "FOUL!!!" "ARGH!" I swear I've never seen a set of supporters actually appeal for a foul before the tackle has actually been made!

  6. I think you've gotta respect the fact that they are a decent side and proper traditional club like ourselves. (Shame they're selling out by moving stadium) However, theyre' fans are utter pricks and they're city is an absolute pit. They've started to get a bit deluded and you can also tell they're jealous of us this season. Vile, racist Scousers getting a bit upset becasue we have sang a song about Lescott being an ugly bastard. Also, for anyone that went the game: What were the polie all about with they're meter long wooden batons!? They were stood outside the away end before the game looking menacing and as if they were just waiting to wrap them around someone's legs.
  7. ooh seems as though we've ruffled a few feathers. Seems they hate us as much as some off us are starting to hate them. HERE & HERE The Elephant Man, The Elephant maaaaaannnnn......
  8. Horrible Fans. Horrible Club. Horrible City. Vile the lot of them. "HANDBALL!!!!!" In your Liverpool slums... In your Liverpool Slums....
  9. As sung on train home from Blackburn to won it 5 times... "The city's all ours! The city's all ooouuurrrssss!!!! **** OFF TO SMALL HEATH THE CITY'S ALL OURS." & "The title is ours. The title's all ooouuurrrssss!!!! **** off United! The title's all ours."
  10. ^You've got a point, especially as I think the 'glory's coming home' bit sounds a bit wank. Mix the first suggestion with your changes and I think it reads better: So hoist up the Villa sail See how the Holte End sets... Around Europe's towns where we will roam, We're bringing it home, We're bringing it home, The lion has woke up We're bringing it home. If it did ever catch on then you would then have potential for the first verse to added before aswell, followed by repeating this main bit over and over as per the video above.
  11. quality song. all UP FoR new tunes, especially for holte end, And away days. heres a version in full flow.. dear lord we HAVE to get this going in odense HAVE to !!! i cannot wait now! Just searching through old posts looking for this song and saw this. So i presume it didn't get going in odense!? lol. Imagine getting to the semi's and the final of the UEFA and singing this for the whole trip. I still think this could catch on and become a bit of an anthem - the second verse at least. Watch this vid for another example of how class it could sound (Excuse the dirty mancs in the vid): HERE So hoist up the Villa sail See how the Holte End sets Off on a European tour, to bring it home We’re bringing it home, We’re bringing it home, Oh The Lion has woke up Glory’s coming home
  12. Yes it's just Yipee i ayyy, yipee i ooo repeated whilst jumping around like a lunatic, then it changes to 'yipee i ay ay ay, yipee i oh oh oh, yipee i ay ay ay, yipee i oh oh oh' then back to the first bit. 'Have you seen the tits on Karen Brady? She likes to get em out and have a play You can have a mess if you ask her For a fiver you can take her all the way Birmingham are you listening....' It was good to hear the Cuellar song on tv on Sunday, i heard it about three times even though he wasn't even in the squad All my questions answered in just a few minutes. 8) We should sing the brady verse more often I've hardly ever heard it...the middle line i was missing for it is a bit shit though. Would love to hear us sing 'birmingham are you listening' proper slowly just to make a change. It would make it come out even clearer on tv and radio too
  13. What is this new yipee ai aye song people are talking about it? Is it just just the first bit sung over and over? im guess to the original ghostriders tune? i was in the lower holte so didnt hear it. Also, can someone remind me of the full verse about Karen Brady that is meant for before 'Birmingham are you listening'? Something along the lines of 'have you seen the tits on Kaen Brady, she likes to get them out and have a play.........a fiver she will go all the way' etc. Finally, anyone else find it funny that we sung the Cuellar song as soon as Milner scored the penalty against Gillingham? Not that i didnt enjoy it, I loved dancing up and down to it.
  14. Here we go! Here we go! Here we gooooooooooooooooooo! Ashey Young is better than RONALD-OOOOOOOOO We're shitting all over the scum.
  15. She likes to play with her bits, Brady, Brady! For 5 quid she will show her tits, Brady, Brady! She'll play with her bum for 10 pound more, She's a dirty slag and a filthy whore.... Karen Brady...is a **** slaaag.
  16. One hundred years and won **** all, Small Heath, Small Heath. One hundred years and won **** all, Smal Heath, Small Heath. One hundred years and won **** all, Their ground is shit and really small. Small Heath Alliance...Birmingham's smallest club.. Na na na na........
  17. We knew from the first day we saw...Carew! Carew! He's gonna score a goal for us... or 2! or 2! You'll often find him down the pub, or pervin in the Rocket Club, but we all love Big John, Villa's number ten! Na na na na na na na na... Carew! Carew! Na na na na na na na na... Carew! Carew! He plays for a team, the Pride of Brum he scored 2 goals against the scum, AND WE ALL LOVE BIG JOHN VILLA'S NUMBER TEN! ------------------------------------------------------------- Chants to this tune should get more of an airing, i can now think of 4 different versions of the Torres songg that ive read or heard: The Marlon version suggested on here, The Small Heath version sung at west ham away last year, The Cuellar goofy teeth version sung at Wigan, and now this Carew version.
  18. 2 things general: 1) Was also going to post regarding the student prices. This year I am renewing but as I am now 21 I am switching to a student ticket. This means that my seat in the Holte Lower is now going to cost £390 which is only £15 cheaper than my fathers ticket. Now I think it's great that you offer any discounts to students/arm forces in the first place so am not moaning, just making an observation that reductions are inconsistent between the different stands. Most stores in the UK that offer a student discount offer a 10% reduction and the current discount for the trinity/witton upper is £60 which is over 10% of the original £510 price. What I don't understand is why a season ticket in the Holte Lower only offers a £15 reduction when it should be at least £40 if you who to use the same percentage that the trinity road/doug ellis stands receive across the board. As I said don't want to moan as it's great that you offer a discount in the first place but wondered if you could shed some light on the pricing structure. 2) You may have been asked this before, but what is your favourite and least favourite song sung by our fans? Do you actually understand what we're singing? Also, what is your favourite away ground that you have visited so far? Thanks
  19. Agree that it would catch on easier with just the second verse as that could be repeated over and over as FC United do. Think its a class song and would love to hear it but think the 'lion has woke/glorys coming home' bit is a bit cheesy. Saying that, at least they are original lines. Also get rid of the 'yeah yeah' bit that doesnt fit in. Would love to hear this get going anyway and I am sure it could be adapted in future if anything needed changing.
  20. Saw this posted here by 'World_Domination' and thought it deserved a wider audience as the tune is one of the best for football chants. To the 'won it 5 times' tune Heres an idea of how it would sound in the stands:
  21. General, What say did the club have in the change of date for the Reading game? Would it have been possible for Aston Villa to have rejected the switch if they wished? I ask because I justified buying tickets for this match due to the relatively cheap train fares that were available. The reason I had opted to go to Reading was that travel was cheaper for this than for the likes of Arsenal and Man Utd away that our coming up. However the change of date renders my tickets useless...the train companies tell me they are non-refundable. Knowing this I thought it would be best to just change my train times and get on with it but again not so easy: it appears I have to pay £20 in 'administration costs' aswell as more money on the increased train fair just to be able to travel to the game. What makes matters worse is that the new train tickets have to be paid for in full (£38 ) before i can attempt to receive any money back for the original tickets. Unfortunately it seems the best option in this case is for me to simply not attend the match and to return the two match tickets I have, despite having attended the majority of our away games for the past 3 years. At least the refund on the match can make up for the cost of the wasted train tickets. I appreciate that the club our offering refunds on official travel but this is no help to the many fans who travel to our games by rail/private coach. Having already suffered from the Liverpool kick off change, I booked my train tickets to Reading confident there would be no problems as I was sure the same thing could not happen again. In future could you please not sell away tickets until the club is sure of when the match is to actually be played. I understand that games have to be moved for television, what I don't understand is why this happens after we have already sold our whole allocation for an away fixture. I realise that Aston Villa aren't to blame but would like to know who the appropriate people are to contact regarding this issue (i.e. the premeir league etc)? Many Thanks
  22. Likewise, I also find it hard to believe. Not to worry though - its not as if there is any groundbreaking gossip in what i've said. There is feck all in the way of info. Other than that I was the first to reveal their forenames
  23. Well a friend of a friend (that old chestnut) was sat talking with these new American bidders tonight as he works at the sports cafe bar in Brum. He doesn't follow a football team so didn't have a massive interest in them, but he did say that he was on 'first name terms with them' after tonight and that they confirmed they want Martin O'Neill in charge. From what was said it sounded as though they are a seperate consortium to the Randy Lerner one. Thats all i'm afraid, he didnt have anything else worthwhile to report to my mate. It was in a private room apparently and he described it as 'surreal'. Oh and just to give this pointless story credibility when these guys are named; Two of their first names were 'Al' and 'Simon'.
