At 33, I'm finally having to have 'the conversation' with myself about what to do about my hair. I have the cranium-shape of Jean-Luc Picard and the baldness pattern of Slaven Bilic, and I'm completely lost as to what the hell to do to grow old with the tiniest bit of dignity.
Bilic suddenly went thicker on top again suggesting he’s had a hair transplant. If I was going bald, I’d most definitely do the same. A shaved head suits some people, and they look cool with it, but it really, really does not suit me. I tried it once to see what I’d look like...never again (until I’m too old and bitter with the world to care).

Bit random but, you came to mind the other day and I wasn't even on VT or a computer.
I think I was reflecting on something you'd offered some advice to me about. Which lead me to recall some of your other posts.
You've got a good humour about you.
Ahh shucks. Thanks.

Because I’m the type of person who can browse Netflix for about half hour for something to watch, before then giving up because of no longer being arsed, I’m going to start playing a game with this thread...that is to pick a random page number and chose one of the films mentioned within that page.
And tough **** if it’s a bad film, serves me right for being an indecisive word removed.

If you want to lose pots of cash yes, It's already $2 down on yesterdays close and the market hasn't opened yet. It has lost $20 per share since launch 6 months ago
They might be liable for a £1Billion Tax bill in the UK by the end of the week
Then they might lose their London licence which effectively completely scuppers their UK operation...
I’d have been bothered by this not so long ago, but I’m tired of the word removeds and their constant surge pricing and drivers cancelling before arrival. I can’t remember the last time it wasn’t surge or the last time the driver who first accepted actually turned up.

People who have a camera on top of their work PC monitor so they can video call people from their desk. Top level bell-endery.
People on trains/planes who stand in the aisle and take ages to set themselves, removing various layers and getting all sorts of items out of their bags before finally sitting down.
Apple pay or paper ticket rocket polishers at London Underground/station barriers.

After 11am if I'm on holiday somewhere hot. But yeah, wrong thread. What pisses me off is those Nationwide adverts where they've got people supposedly doing stand up about their money troubles. Load of dogshit.
This. This. This again. And this once more.
The worst one is the skit about keeping money back on a night out. The whole routine is totally unfunny and doesn’t even work on so many levels.

If it's past breakfast and not quite lunch what would you call it then?
What time is the official breakfast cut off?
I’d personally call it breakfast for lazy words removed

Genuinely miss the championship. Gone from looking forward to winning games and playing for potentially winning a competition to just clinging on for dear life in a league we will never win. Feels a bit pointless
This is where I’m at as well. I genuinely can’t stand this league.

Aside from being infuriated about the result, I’ve had two Arsenal supporting mates messaging me to say Maitland-Niles “got the ball” so it should never have been a second yellow.

I mean, the in game management is definitely a worry but there's so much to be encouraged by. I haven't seen his post-match interview but I'm confident he'll realize his mistake and do better in the future. This is a learning curve for him too. Just like Jack now knows to not dilly-dally on the edge of his box in the PL I'm sure Smith will soon realize that he needs to make more proactive subs especially in the midfield (where we're well-stocked!) as players inevitably tire. This ain't the Championship. Jack and John won't be able to dominate for 90 mins.
Apart from that though, we're getting there. Once Neil Taylor is phased out, we'll get even better in attack. We should have 3-6 more points than we do already if it weren't for naivety and a bunch of other factors out of our control. I'm quietly confident that we'll get it right soon and manage to stay up. This is a good team with a good coach that are only going to improve.
This kind of stuff would be in Football for Dummies. I’m sure that’s not a lesson he needs to learn at all. If such basic stuff is then it’s a huge cause for concern.
He **** up today and I don’t know what he was thinking, but I don’t believe he needs to learn lessons on such basic stuff. Mistakes were made by many (including Dean) but I’m sure they hold their hands up and we all move on.

I think most people already knew we were in a relegation battle before the season started.
Nothing has changed, we’ll still end up finishing somewhere between 16-20th as 99% of us thought.

Well premier league is fun isn't it?
I **** hate it. It’s a joyless, pointless league in which we have no chance of competing at the top end.
We’ll spend the majority of our time battling against relegation which is **** tiresome & boring. We might have a season whereby we finish high enough to qualify for another pointless competition in the Europa League. Then we’ll have our season **** by playing in a totally bloated tournament, on Thursday nights, against peculiar teams in all sorts of ridiculous locations, which will then mess our season up enough that we’ll be back to square one of battling relegation again.
**** this league.

Time to change this to the relegation thread 19/20 and stop pretending we’re not in a relegation battle.

Poor from Smith, we've been sagging for over 10 minutes and not one change.
Agreed - poor in game management

If only we’d have had Targett during our relegation season, we’d have won the league.

Only Man City have kept more clean sheets in 2019 than Everton. I’m expecting a loss to nil
