They don’t seem to be comparing him to Betrand when they describe him as “runs like he’s towing a caravan” or like he’s “running into a head wind”. That’s two comments but the consensus seems that he’s slow and not all that good at defending. 

This seems more like a Steve Bruce signing: massively over paying for an average English player.

Same for me. If someone’s in the room with me, I won’t touch it much at all. If I’m on my own, I can’t stop.

I have exactly the same habit with my todger.

The new Boots advert is irritating. 

What does “nobody looks like that, it’s just a load of chat” actually mean!? I assume it means no real woman is slim, but the advert then contradicts itself thirty seconds later by showing a real life slender woman perched on a sunbed. 

And it seems they started out by choosing the song for the ad first then crowbarred the lyrics around it in a ham-fisted attempt to make it fit. Plus the signing is shit.

His spell at Swansea was a tough introduction to the premier league but he was in a poor team and only started 15 league games (off the bench in 12 more) and scored 5.

Sometimes it takes time to get used to the league. Vardy only scored 5 in his first premier league campaign. 24 the next. Harry Kane wasn't red-hot from the off.

I think he has all the attributes to do well and he is well worth the risk 

 

Exactly this mate. It’s doing a disservice to the team and Tammy to think he’d struggle to score ten goals in the PL.

One for the accountants: would the club need  to submit a set of consolidated accounts for each legal entity in the group or can they keep them separate? 

If it’s a consolidated set then surely selling the ground to another entity would make absolutely no difference for the purpose of FFP?
