    Stability is the key now, just so we're not in this situation next season. Anywhere in the table as long as we comfortably stay away from the bottom 3 and we are mathematically safe by end of march. If whoever we get to manage us can just see out next season while doing this he'll have a chance to start building something. Oh and improving the style of football ( which shouldn't be hard ).

    I would love someone in the mould of Rene Girard, as in someone who has worked with a national youth side and could find us a few gems from other countries. Been really impressed with what he's done with Montpellier this season.

    Anyone else see gardners pass from one wing to the other to Bannan. I doubt anyone else in our squad could do that apart from maybe Ireland. Hope he gets more starts this season as he's definitely got the quality

    I have no fear that we will be relegated as there are at least 3 worst teams than us in the league but what really worries me is that we will lose any of our talented youngsters because of McLeish's negative brand of football. Surely they see the first team play like that with no enthusiasm or will to win and think I'd be better off at Swansea, Norwich, Wigan or most other teams we would consider inferior to ourselves, just so they can play some decent football and give it a go against the big teams instead of rolling over and defending a 2-0 deficit.

    Wouldn't mind Hughes or Moyes as I think that would indicate that we are trying to steady the ship after the season we've had, but getting Ancelotti would signal huge ambition from the board.
