" say Tony, have you ever seen a grown man naked ? "
:-)
no and i've never been to a turkish prison either :-)
-
me at a far too early hour of the morning at the Taj
trying to post my first image on villatalk ....
Edit ..wow it worked
as this is so easy , here's the next villa fan in the family ..i was trying to make him into a cat before you call the NSPCC
and one for Drat :-)
me in the concorde cockpit after my flight back from New York

Too bad Woody will sign for Boro, what the hell will he achieve there?
the same as Ugo and Southgate the ambition men :-)

Simple things entertain simple minds
I thought they'd split up ??

You see Hong Kong Fooey is probably more up there in the Super Hero league
no no and no ..any person should be able to tell you that his cat solves all the crime whilst Penry is stuck in some cupboard
Goober was a super hero dog though as he had the power to turn invisible ...where as scooby only had the power to eat large sandwiches and be the only dog that didn't sniff womens crutches and try and hump peoples legs
-
I went for Allback - he kept us up last year
ditto
-
Olijniekiteski or howver you say it can do first.
Hows he getting on with his loan ???
I beleive he's been making all his payments and the bank are happy , MBNA have already sent hima letter to say he's been approved for a top up loan with a 4 month payment holiday , should he wish it

I'll show you how to do short links too if you ask nicely. Nearly 4000 posts and...
I just assumed there was some magic villatalk web tool that did it for you as all mine seem to get converted by magic :-)

Typical Tony - using a day old newspaper on a Sunday
I was thinking about the students on here and they would have more chance to find the day befores paper on a park bench or something
-
going up Sunday so if anyone on here drinks at the Aston Social pre match , wear a carnation and put a copy of the daily telegraph under your arm and then I'll break my duck
are many people planning on going to the US tour ? as I'm thinking about it ....

Tony, what's yer dog's name?
Spot , fido erm erm lassie ..guess I didn't think my dogging excuse through very well :-)
Lots, and they're all gay
and from Guildford ?? :-)
-
think the answer is zero
However I may have met some unknowingly whilst out walking my dog  :-)

Me id like Villa v Bayern again
yeah Sorensen can be Rimmer :-) , Angel can be Withe and Young can be Morley
sadly that would mean the mazzy run would result in the cross going to the wrong place and the shot going out off the post for a goal kick :-)
-
I've got a bet at 4-1 that an italian club wins the chumps league so as long as Milan win I guess I'll be happy
-
like most I went for Bouma , much better but as Man City at home showed still a lot of room for improvement
-
one vote for tommy  shouldn't there be a law that says you can't vote for yourself :-)
I went for Angel , partly cause no-one has really excelled and also kind of as a protest vote as for whatever reason i think MON got it wrong with dropping him from favour so quickly , we've always struggled to score goals for years and it's not all down to Angel , who for my money links the play well but is lacking any quality around him .... it's all the more puzzling when one considers the blind faith in Petrov, Young & Gabby
that said I trust MON to get the right players in (and more importantly OUT) during the summer and to get us looking at the top spots rather than over our shoulders
-
could not do much to stop their goal from his position on the floor.
I listened to it on 5 live and they seemed to think Sorensen was at fault for the Wigan goal ???

tonyh29's latest assignment is successful thanks to an excellent disguise.
hey just noticed I'd made it into this thread ...fame at last :-)

Reo Cocker was second best player on the pitch behind Carew in the recent game at Villa Park .... him and Barton and we'd finally have a midfield to take us places
-
I just think as we won't go down that now is the ideal time to find out who is going to fit the bill next season ..and where so lets have another look at Osbourne in CM , lets try Gabby up front instead of wasting him at RM , lets try Petrov on one flank and Young on the other , dare i say it lets have a look at Ridgwell & Cahill together as we already know what Ollie can do
and lets try passing the ball on the floor instead of a hoof everytime
-
Lets hope MON did notice, 4-4-2 Carew and Moore
and Osbourne , i reckon another 8 Prem games from him this season would be great for him and great for villa for next season
-
Barton is by far the best midfielder palying outside the big 4 so we need to sign him
Reo Coker is also far far better than anyting we have in midfield and would be a good addition , not sure why people are so anti him ??
a left back is a must as is another centre back ..a big enough bid would surely get Bridge from chelsea , he can't be happy playing second fiddle to Cole all season long ....of course we could always move now and pre sign Bale from Saints a big enough bid and anythings possible ....
I'd also sign Nugent as i think he can play at this level and link well with Carew ...remember Carew is pacy anyway so Ashton \Nugent type player could link well with him ..i'm actually surprised MON has not tried Angel and Carew as whatever his faults Angel does link the play well ..it's not as if Carew & young are prolific at this stage so what has he got to loose ??
and of course Darren bent from Charlton should be a must
-
Bob Holness
was only Bond on the radio guess it's hard for him to compete in that sense
Craig for me , by far the best Bond actor based on his performance so far , helped make it by far the best Bond film so far by a country mile

for our American viewers , Chips = your French Fries
has to be salt & vinegar
I remember when we were in Yorkshire almost every week back in our Div 1 time and seeing all the northerners having mushy peas or curry sauce on them
West Hams punishment should have been...

points deducted improvs Sheff Utd's chances of staying up and that's the worse thing that can happen for the premiership
I thought the fine was high , in fact i thought great news , now they've got Steve McClarens severence pay in the bank :-)
