Hiii General Quick question really (not 100% sure this post is allowed) - how come the Ashley Young situation is already in motion even though we do not have a manager in place - is it not possible to put this on hold because the new man we bring in could be someone that Ashley may want to play under and continue to progress with Villa? It makes me a little uneasy that we are doing things to the squad without the manager in place. Couldn't this have an effect on potential targets? (managers)

I think it's imperative that we take Moyes. That is the only way forward that I can see right now after the circus so far. Very narrow minded I know, but... I think it has to be him.

The more I think about it, the more I really really really want us to land Ancelotti. Would be insane if we did. Not only is it a statement of intend, but, last season he won the double with Chelsea in his first year. Yes it was with Chelsea, but it's not easy to win the prem in your first year of a job in a different country. Especially with SAF and Wenger also fighting for it! He did well at chelsea - would be brilliant if we can pull it off.
