Ha ha! A sit in should help them stand out. But say, for arguments sake, an old chap who prefers to sit most of the game gets allocated a rail seat, would they be able to see the pitch if everyone in front is standing? Genuine question, sorry if I sound stupid! (Would not be the first time!)

I've just had one but a guy I work with gets them frequently. Feel sorry for the guy.  I remember being doubled over totally paralysed by pain. I told the soon to be Mrs Sidcow that I thought my kidney had died.

Him and Ramsey were absolutely awesome together the last 10 games of Unais first season.They worked really well together.  We basically lost our most potent left side for the whole of last season. If they can come back strong again next season we’ll be an even stronger side than this season.  get them back firing again we will need a young left back as cover.   

I had a metal cage pulled out of my finger bones with pliers once (it had to be put in after a bad break). The acid test of how well it had healed was that if it came out very easily, it hadn't. Luckily it had healed very well, but this meant the nurse had to really give it some welly to get it out. The end of what was a surprising was followed  by what I can only  describe as a euphoric high that lasted about an hour. Pliers were from Homebase I think - was nice to see the NHS weren't spending unnecessarily on fancy tools. 

They should organise a sit in. Rail seats are still seats.

Have a look at the first page of the Pau Torres topic. Multiple people said this, on the first page. So I would imagine many more after that page said it as well. Either way, I'd love Jack back. He'd be brilliant in this team.  I highly doubt it will happen though.
