Completely depends on what your masters is in, for some jobs they are a prerequisite. This is true in some cases, everyone on my team in my old job had a Masters or Phd. But the amount of jobs that require a Masers is a very small number. Thing is you don't "need" many of these things, it's adding a small amount on top for very little gain in most cases.
