Warning Points

I'd like to suggest that the warning points system is more transparent.

 

I think we should be allowed to see which posts get warnings and which don't

But assuming you'll let me off this once (?) I feel some posters receive warning points for petty things that go unpunished in hundreds of other posts.

 

So I think it would be of benefit if we could see what posts get punished and which don't.

 

Just a suggestion.

Most posts which lead to a warning get removed.

 

We will not discuss the actions of one poster with another and this would do that. It would open up mods to accusations of bias just because they hadn't seen something. Please report anything you think is a breach of the guidelines. If you have questions about the guidelines, ask a mod. The guidelines are linked in the bottom right of every page when viewing the site (except on the mobile version).

Fair enough. I still think transparency would actually reduce any accusations of bias, but you're the boss.

 

I'll report posts from now on that violate the same rules I've received warning points for.

 

Expect around a hundred a day.

So we should report all violations of the ToS?  

What is the policy on that? If it's something that would be overlooked normally should we report it?
