The best one for me though would probably be from 'Heat' as others have already mentioned. That hallway shootout from 'The Matrix' is also a bit special (or at least it was at the time). FACTOID: De Nero had recently read Bravo Two Zero before they made the film and got the director to draft in 'Andy McNab' to train the actors and choregraph the shooting scenes.
