Away pub (Beehive) shut..

Sorry for the new thread, just some people might miss this important info if they dont browse though the others.

Beehive is shut for refurb.. Ill beg one more time - stay on the train and get off at Chorley instead, fill up then back on the train to Horwich

When you step out the station wheres the pub?

You need to be where everyone else is and not many would stay on and go to Chorley, most will stay around the ground or go to the other two pubs.

Biggest pub that both sets of fans are welcome in is across the m61 towards chorley we've used it before.

Wouldn't recommend Bromilow as it is quite small and a mare to get served at the best of times.

There are two pubs near away end Scotts and a Harvester.

If you were to get off at Chorley there is a pub as soon as you walk out of the station right infront of you, or there is a wetherspoons a 2min walk away.

Yup there are 2 pubs also when you get off the train at Horwich right next to the ground, not sure if they let away fans in though or not, can someone else confirm? The Harvester is a restaurant, cant see them wanting (or fitting) a load of rowdy people in there.

I tried to get in the Harvester a couple of years ago with my then 7 year old son and they wouldn't let us in. home supporters only unless its changed since

Yeah like I said, its an eating place with a bar, not the kind of place that will accept visiting fans, the other pub next to it is also an eating place as such..

There is another pub, if you are looking at the beehive pub turn left and walk down that road for 5 or 10 mins and you will come across another big pub, again - not sure on the away support thing though..
