Chindie Posted June 17, 2023 VT Supporter Share Posted June 17, 2023 One of the better YouTube channels out there, a mad bloke from Aldridge does 'missions' (when he's not playing internet pastime GeoGuessr to a high level) where he tries to cross places or travel somewhere with various 'rules'. He got well known for (starting a trend?) crossing Wales in a straight line, which he did numerous attempts at over the last few years and managing to make the entire thing far more interesting (and seemingly dangerous) than you'd ever think. This is his latest mission. Crossing Birmingham without going down a road or canal. How they don't get arrested or stabbed I don't know. And making such a stupid task appear like some momentous effort that matters.
hogso
Tom is great. I think his how not to travel Europe series has been his best thus far.

hogso
Geowizard adjacent - guy attempts to follow a river from source to sea without leaving it. He's an adventurer type with a number of videos, with somewhat superior production to Geowizards videos. Edited July 22, 2023 by hogso
