Not sure where else to ask this really..

 

 

I bought an additional ticket and assigned it to a friend who is no longer attending, I'm giving it to another pal who wants it on his record on the booking history. Any idea if this is possible to reassign tickets? Can't find it on the website under the ticket header, there is a forward option but doesn't do much

With the ticket office closed for the weekend now, what's the situation with tickets, like upgrades from kid to adult? Is that option now closed or can you do it on the website?

The ticket office is the biggest waste of time ever. Very incompetent staff.

i wouldn’t even bother upgrading it. Just go to the turnstile and use the ticket you have.
