Strange access problem

I can't connect to VT either via the web on my laptop, or via Tapatalk. The only way I can is via the web, but on my phone. Any ideas?

Same here. No PC acess OR Tapatalk access on mobile phone, but web access on same phone worked OK. ALL were using the same BT wifi connection.

To clarify, I was unable to log on via pc but could log on via mobile, these were both routed from the same virgin wifi. Not sure if this helps or makes it worse

Are you sure your mobile was connecting via wifi?

 

It doesn't make it worse or better. The site wasn't down so there's nothing I can or could have done. The problem was somewhere between those affected and the site, but not the site itself.

 

Yes it was definitely connecting through the same wifi, no worries it works now Just trying to give you as much info as possible in case it helps!

FWIW I'm currently getting a problem with Tapatalk, but the laptop's OK. Same wifi.

What does "getting a problem" mean?

 

At the risk of sounding like a robot, does it happen after you've cleared cookies and cache and does whatever it is happen with a different browser?
