samjp26
Okay so, I'm thinking of picking up an 11-inch Macbook Air, mainly due to its size and portability. I'll mainly use it for web browsing, spreadsheet and document work etc. However, the deciding factor for me is if it can run a few Adobe CC apps such as Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator, to a relatively decent degree. Editing files on the go mainly, final proofing and such. I don't own a Haswell machine so I'm not familiar with the sort of performance boost it has added, just wondering if anybody on here from the real world could advise? Wouldn't mind being able to stop lugging a heavy 13-inch MBP around if I can get away with the much lighter 11-inch.
Tegis Posted May 21, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted May 21, 2014 They hog a lot of memory, but apart from that I haven't seen any problems running Creative Suit on Ultrabooks, both Win and Mac. Depends on the workload I guess.
