Did he make any sort of promise to Habib Beye should someone offer 4 Desperado's and a Kebab?

We are desperate for another winger. If we had Jarvis on the right and N'Zogbia on the left supplying Bent we'll be fine this season.

If anything we could do with playing Gabby on the left and N'Zogbia in place of Heskey.

Let's hope we see a couple of signings before Wednesday.

Also hoping that AMC doesn't bother wasting any money we have on a RB as we will be fine with one of Lichaj, Herd, Cuellar or Beye.

We desperately need a midfield general to control and calm play instead of just sitting back.

The problem is we need better players than Heskey but we can't afford them because we are paying Heskey £60k/week for little contribution, which also makes it very difficult to sell him. Let's hope we can tempt Leicester into offering him £40k/week and we pay the other £20k/week just to get rid of him.

Hi General, I'm not sure if you're aware of Leeds' Premier League history but if you get a chance please look it up and tell Randy that he's doing the right thing trying to steady the ship. However, as we have a sell to buy policy please can you also advise Alex McLeish that not every player deserves a chance in our team because some are simply awful and part of the reason we are in this quagmire. Now given how quick he was to name us as the club who wanted Martinez and the club who bid for CNZ I find it difficult to believe him when he says it wouldn't be fair to name the other clubs interested in N'Zogbia. To rephrase his statement he really means he is talking crap to try and scare us into making a bid of £10m and paying it all upfront so he can **** us over again this summer.

The fact that Bent has come out and said he hopes we sign CNZ should make the board instantly want to take action and get this done.

We have lost 2 international wingers and the last thing we want is to piss off our star striker by replacing Young & Downing with mediocre tripe.

I also think we should move for Jeffren from Barca if the £5m Bolton link is true. He looks very good.

Everton would surely struggle though losing Jagielka and not replacing him?

I know they apparently want N'Zogbia but you can't just get rid of your best CB and then not replace him. They will only have Yobo, Heitinga & Distin left to play at CB.

However, we just need to get this done now. It's pathetic from all sides.

£10m YES. £12m is taking the piss even though he is worth more than that.

My concern is that we miss out N'Zogbia and our one quality signing this summer is someone like Etherington. I can envisage us doing ok with N'Zogbia linking up with a combination of Albrighton, Bent or Agbonlahor next season. Not really Etherington or McGeady or SWP though.
