Could you imagine the Villa putting something like that on our website? They can't do things properly like the way our club do. Embarrassing! Plus whoever wrote that needs to resit their key stage 2 SATS.

I reckon there was just some boring email which has been taken completely out of proportion. All the media are trying to drag Villa through the dirt when the only basis of any evidence at all whatsoever has been what David Whelan has come out and said regards to Martinez and what he said about the way we deal with football matters. There has been no evidence of anything else. No evidence of any interviews, any approaches, NOTHING!! So how are Villa being made to look bad?!

Martinez left Swansea for Wigan so that theory doesn't really make much sense. Damn, I was using the Hughes example as the basis of that theory.

Why is everyone getting so worked up about what a load of journos and the media are reporting? We have seen from the past 2 weeks that they know sweet F A. Getting a new manager should be an exciting time and looking forward to new football and new players. Everyone should just chill the f*ck out and let nature take its course 8)

The chairman and the board want to be successful just as much as we do. They will do whatever they think is best for the club. Just as any of us would if we were in charge. I don't think there should be any sort of atmosphere or divide between the board and us fans. We are all in this together and we may not agree with some decisions that are made but nobody can agree on everything all the time. Whoever the board chose to manage our great club, I will back and support fully whether I think it is a good appointment or not.
