  1. If for whatever reason IC and GK do not eventually arrive then I have total confidence that Lambert will find excellent alternatives, no panic here.
  2. They have effectively given other people their jobs meaning that they will either need to pay them off or be open to a claim for constructive dismissal. They have zero chance of compensation from us for Culverhouse or Karsa who will be joining us in the not too distant future without any doubt. Hmm Really? http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/david_mcnally_norwich_city_want_to_keep_hold_of_ian_culverhouse_and_gary_karsa_1_1404264 PS. David McNally is also a director. You've been bitten once already by quoting this guy. I am pretty sure he was even more adamant about Lambert staying but that didn't work out too well did it? Time will tell, if its a straight choice between our CEO and yours, McNally is streets ahead imo. I don't understand. Why are we now comparing CEOs?

  4. As mentioned above, it is clearly a compensation issue now as Lambert has forced their hand by making it clear he wants to join AVFC.
  5. Timothy Abraham Statement confirms that Paul Lambert has offered his resignation as #NCFC boss. However #NCFC have NOT accepted Paul Lambert's resignation. #AVFC
  6. Timothy Abraham A statement on Paul Lambert is due from #NCFC shortly. #AVFC
  7. This is the first time he has managed a big club though, bit of a difference from walking out on Colchester and Norwich.
  8. Delighted for 3 reasons - 1) We could be appointing a very young and hungry manager who can only improve on his already impressive start to his managerial career. 2) I put a lovely £10 on him at 5/1 3) This has made "Wiz" look a right tit
  9. Smithy, welcome to the board. I have no love for Norwich due to my Suffolk roots. But you have written a very fair post. I just have a couple of questions for you if you wouldn't mind answering: 1) Is it true PL has a rolling 12 month contract? 2) Do you think he would resign his post to further his career, whether that be for Villa or somewhere else? 3) What is his playing style? Cheers I'd like to know this too, in detail preferably
  10. You won't be happy unless we unveil Mourinho. Laudrup Benitez Klinsmann Let's be realistic now. At best I'd say, based on our squad and past few seasons, we'd be lucky to be rated in the top 10 of the Premier League. Also our stock in Europe is almost 0 due to lack of European football. The above 3 would probably respond with "Aston who?" Nope.
  11. I think the Budgie needs to get back in it's cage, little bit boring now.
  12. Behave, Norwich do have the best Fuzzball supporters in the world to be fair.
  13. Think its you that'll be pissed off, does this sound like a guy jumping ship? Check date. http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/norwich_city_boss_paul_lambert_wants_to_do_more_than_survive_in_premier_league_1_1390765 Don't need to check date pal, put it this way if he's approached and offered the job he'll come and then you wipe your arse with that article. This. No way in hell that he would stay at Norwich if this is the scenario, but the fact remains that we haven't even approached so it is kind of irrelevant.
  14. But then why in the hell have they signed Sigurdsson? It makes no sense, I don't like it when things do not make sense. It all seems very odd and doesn't add up. Perhaps Sigurdsson wanted the move back to England (Wales in this case) and was happy to sign regardless? Or maybe he has just been sold a right kipper.
  15. Another twitter one for you all, this was re-tweeted by the Wigan journalist Paul Kendrick "Just told by very good source high up in footy circles that Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers has actually accepted Liverpool manager's job #lfc"
  16. If David Moyes leaves Everton it certainly won't be for us, anyone who suggests otherwise is kidding themselves.
  17. The quote was "DOF on top of him" followed by a Glee gif - It's ironic...? Never mind.
  18. I just want to win football matches and get as far as possible in cup competitions and the league.
  19. Your jokes are terrible, please stop.
